Meaning, that doesn't have it's carvacarol level artificially jacked up. For reasons too complex to go into here, North American Herb and Spice's brand doesn't work for me.

My doc gets me a compounded prescription oregano from a dispensing lab in Texas. Costs over $100 a month so I don't know if you want to try it.

It's liposomal oregano with a little added calcium and alpha lipoic acid, lecithin.

He said a colleague swears by it. I've been on it for nearly a month now and I haven't been using the fluconazole more than once per week while using it and on an anticandida diet.

I have been fine. Normally even if on abx for a couple of days I'll always get a yeast infection and so far while on 3 abx and the rest of my regimen I'm good, making progress.
