I screamed 10 days ago and ever since, my throat has been hurting. I've barely talked since then to let my vocal chords heal, but my throat still hurts, especially when I talk and after. Do you know what might be wrong, or know of anything that might help?

Sounds like you might have strained them, need to let them rest.
Second for gargling the sal****er. Adding ACV can help draw stuff out too, although it can be uncomfortable on healing tissues.
There's a couple herb remedies from TCM I've found helpful. The first is Sterculia seed, make tea from the granules and take in tiny sips, I gargle it too. It is good for helping to soothe the vocal cords, often used by singers to help protect the voice.
The other is Bai He, Lily bulb. Can take granules the same way, or even prep and eat the Lily bulb as a vegetable if available in an Asian/int'l grocery.
I got sick in May which ended in some horrible laryngitis. Bad timing as there was an emergency situation and I had to be involved in a bunch of phone conversations. Screaming with all my might only produced an audible whisper, and I wonder if I might have damaged my vocal cords. Throat was sore for weeks after.
Anyway, the Bai He has been helping me. I am still a little raspy but I can tell a big difference when I don't take it. I hope you are feeling better now.

Thanks so much for the great tips. I'm going to Google vocal hygiene
I went to an Ear Nose Throat doctor yesterday and he did a laryngoscopy. Thankfully it was normal. He said that I strained the muscle in the front of my throat. He said to continue to not strain my voice and that it will eventually heal on its own.

I am glad it will heal on its own.
