I know I have a yeast issue, but wow did I feel good. Very interesting. I think I might try the Alkaline/Acid diet, but stay away from Histamine- problem fruits and veggies.

Has anyone every tried this? Any success? I think Patches swears by the Alkaline/Acid concept. I add in no Histamine foods because it is very clear that is an issue with me.

I dont eat a lot of fruit anymore but when I do, I do love cherries and mangos. The only two fruits I will eat. I buy frozen versions and mash them up with milk in my nutribullet. I found the most awesome frozen organic turkish cherries. Like from Turkey and imported
