Idk much about this but in a book I read one person who got better used that as her first binder. Migraine by Sara Riley Mattson. Location 1080. Its on kindle. She also says its important to keep clay away from metal...I don't know enough about this to know what that means. But its a cute book.with some specific things to do if migraine s are your problem. She had a biotoxin illness

I am currently taking the takesumi and it is more tolerable for me than other charcoals I've tried in the past. actually glad to tolerate anything these days!
I've ordered the premier medi-clay capsules recommended by my llmd for clay and we'll see how that goes.
Trying to decrease mold toxins(and others I'm sure)
