- Very common, indeed. Assertive rest is the only thing that truly helps but well before the body turns to cement, so to speak.
Adrenal support is a must, too, but it cannot pull one out of such a fatigue unless rest goes with it.
And, ultimately, assertively & directly targeting the specific infections involved is key - and once these are close to being conquered, the body should have more energy to function & to think.
Target infections while supporting body with key nutrients.
