The day before yesterday, I went to a moldy place for a night. Today, I woke up with fatigue and sickness.
If I make an appointment with a Lyme doctor who knows mold, it's going to take a while to see him. I'm wondering whether I can just try some of the over-the-counter stuff to control mold right now.
I'm thinking charcoal and chorella as toxin binders in the gut. For the nasal spray, I'm not sure. Researched the net and found "CITRIDROPS NASAL SPRAY" Not sure it will work.
What are your recommendation?

Microchitosan is good. As is Takesumi Supreme. Both great binders.

The herb, STINGING NETTLE may serve to compensate for the reaction by calming the cytokine & histamine reaction from mold exposure. It's also very nutritious. -
