My liver/gallbladder isn't happy.

I think I have elevated liver enzymes from taking so many supplements.

ALT and AST were about 6-10 points higher then they should have been.

I've been having pain in the liver/gallblader area.

23andme test shows I have SEVERAL genes that show I don't detox.

Yesterday I had an ultrasound for liver/gallbladder which came back fine.

Is there any sort of detoxing I can do to help this area?

I've been taking NAC and Milk Thistle.

I was working with a functional nutritionist who put me on a lot of supplements which I think caused this.

So far I'm doing epsom salt baths and castor oil packs.

Hulda Clark has a liver cleanse that worked well for me. It's harsh. You want to be sure you don't have parasites first. I felt much, much better after each cleanse. After several of them a couple weeks apart, I had a lot more energy.

They're controversial ... some say they do nothing ... however, I definitely felt less sluggish, more energetic after them.

Thumbs up for liver/gallbladder cleanses. I've done tons over decades, plus taught clients to do them. There is a lot of info on the web about them.

Coffee enemas help; they are part of some of the liver/gb cleanses.

Olive oil and lemon juice in the am can cleanse the liver /gb over time, gently. It's not as thorough as the usual l/gb cleanses though.

Many of us don't detox well, esp with too many supplements, meds, TBD's.

Is there a gentle detox I can do for liver/gallbladder?

I think the Hulda Clark cleanse would be to much for my body.

I know for a fact I don't detox well so that is always a challenge.
