That stinks! If it were me, I'd call my llmd and get on antibiotics. Just my humble advice.

It cannot be a bull's eye rash, as it takes much longer to develop (about 10 to 14 days).
But it can be anyway contaminated.
i would go on Buhner's recommendations, astragalus in high dose, etc... maybe also eleuthero, cats claw too, maybe artemisia annua (just in case....)...
I would also rub antimicrobial essential oils 3-4 times a day on the bite, plus tape some garlic slices there during the night (or you'll stink garlic the whole day too).

I got bit twice in the summer while on a boatload of antibiotics. Thought I was covered from further insult to my body. How wrong I was. It set me back 32 days, bedridden, so sick.
These nasty creatures carry many viruses, such as powassan, Babesiosis duncani, and bourbon viruses.
Please get to LLMD. Nip it in the bid. So very sorry.

I strongly agree with seeing an LLMD (or as best as you can find quickly) and get on antibiotics.
And take photos of what's left of your rash for any disbeleving doctors (or even believing doctors or insurance company.

Thank you for your comments! I want to my r gulag family doctor and she put me on 30 days of doxy. I was fortunate enough that her dads wife had Lyme.

Is it 200 mg twice a day? That's what is should be. Most non-LLMD's don't know that and rx 100 mg twice a day. If it isn't, please ask her to up the dose. You can give/send her Dr. B's protocol info, which is in a sticky at the top of medical.
The ILADS guidelines are also at their website. Although Dr. B's guidelines are an easier read.
Nystatin, 2 pills twice a day with the abx helps to prevent Candida; it's an rx. Then, a good probiotic twice a day in between abx on an empty stomach.

I would do it all. Antibiotics, rub essential oils on bite site, follow buhner's protocal.
I have been bitten several times and had those rashes almost immediately, and got lyme and cos everytime.
Ask for a refil on your antibiotics and try to up the dosage.
Or go to another doctor and tell your story and get another prescription, so that you can take two twice per day instead of one twice per day.

So you mean, that EM rash that grows DAILY bigger, and you can actually SEE it growing daily (if you don't treat, it can cover a huge part of the skin, member, back, etc)...
Or is it a rash from the bite?
I always get rashes from tick bites, that take about a month to disappear. Bad, a red bump, itchy or painful...
But the EM rash was pretty different. It was barely painful, not itchy, the color was more dark purple, no bright red color (in my case)...
It would be interesting to see if people with chronic lyme, when bitten by infected ticks, develop EM rash immediately.
