A 10 minute video of a woman, who was healthy, sport-type, fell ill with mystery symptoms.
After many doctors, many specialists, an MD diagnosed her with lyme disease.
One year full cocktail abx + herbs + supplements, no improvement.
She also changed to Paleo diet, still bad blood values, feeling crap.
She stopped everything, fed up, changed to veggie diet (before she fell ill, she ate pretty much veggie), and felt better, but not healed.
She treated thyroid with T3, still felt better.
She then tried another diet: basically raw foods mostly, bits of cooked potatoes or brown rice in the evening, low fat intake: she felt much better.
(very much different from Paleo)
She started to do sports again, felt much more energetic, but still had high sugar in her blood, still needed to lose weight.
She then got Anthony William's book and now thinks she had EBV, not lyme.
She follows his suggestions (pretty much similar to what she was doing before she got the book), and that was the end of the video.

Her story is a bit like mine.
I also went fasting in September, then moved fast to raw-only in September, felt MUCH better.
Really much better.
I was fighting candida (I know my candida returns in winter, so I started in September).
By November, I'm usually suffering with severe skin and gut inflammation, like clockwork, for the last 20 years
...(but 10 years before, I already had that problem, coming and going, not like clockwork though).
I have not consumed gluten and added sugar for quite some time now (sugar for a long time, gluten for a couple of years).
I stopped milk too by September for the first time in my life (just cheated a couple of times).
but I still eat animal protein, in small amounts.
I had been eating kimchi (home made raw fermented cabbage, carrots, etc with loads of garlic, onions, ginger) for quite a few months now.
Then recently I read A. William's book, who recommends a bit what I was doing (raw fruits, raw and cooked veggies in great amounts, potatoes, some herbs and spices).
If you have chronic symptoms, he supports the idea of keeping gluten (wheat, basically) off, plus all GMOs (soya, corn), all milk products (they feed pathogens, he says)...
... keep off MSG at all costs, try to eliminate heavy metals from the body with natural foods (as heavy metals feed viruses, he says).
I was already avoiding all those stuff before the book, so it only confirmed some sort of intuition.
The thing I adopted from him was to avoid eggs. He says EBV thrives on eggs. It's a must to avoid eggs.
He also says that high fat is no good for chronic sufferers, because most of us are too toxic and have a toxic liver. Eating fat (like pork) will charge the liver.
He says that parsley cleans aluminum (that made me think about Cowden parsley tincture). You gotta eat it in great amounts, together with cilantro.
If anyone bought the book or read his suggestions in the internet, I would love to know what you think about his proposals.
Nothing before seemed to fit my body, high fat was bad, no animal at all was bad, fully cooked was bad, now I'm eating loads of fruits, even honey, veggies, potatoes, and my candida is totally dormant!
I wonder if his egg theory is not right... That was the only forbidden item in his book I was still consuming.
And my candida was not fully dormant when I was consuming eggs, and stopped since I stopped it for good.
I took wine, beer, bits of sweets in Xmas (because it was hard to avoid) and candida still did not return.
If anyone would like to join, please post about your experiments here. I feel very positive about the diet recommendations. Easy to follow, for lovers of fruits.
when cold starts by September, my brain gets slowly foggy.
it's also gone. Not sure 100%, but pretty much gone!!
I start to swear by his wild blueberry + cherry + raspberry smoothie / juice.
Plus I love the stuff, I just add one lemon and 2 tea spoons of honey, the juice feels like a full brain battery injection.

I am halfway through his book. I am still reading the lyme chapter (haven't found the time to continue currently).
I am enjoying this book and finding some things very interesting. Nice to think/hope I can fix things with just a change of foods.
I love fruit and honestly never stopped eating it even with taking antibiotics. I had started eating eggs daily around month five and that is when my progress started really slowing down.
I ate some this morning and just feel like I am dragging. I am going to have to try and stop the eggs and see if that makes a difference.
My progress has slowed down greatly and I feel as though I have not made any progress in the last 2 months. It is becoming quite frustrating and I am willing to try new things to see if they work.
I really need to get to finishing the book. My son has practice this evening, so I generally have that time to catch up on my reading.
I don't think I got to any of the parts where he talks about the different diets too much. I have just seen things here and there, but nothing really about the smoothies.
I can honestly say I have always been skeptical about Mediums, however, with reading this book I am interesting in what he is saying and further looking into it.
So much of what he says makes sense...makes me less of a skeptic.

Mrs farmer, nice you like the book. By what you say, you got book number 1 (with disease explanations).
Book number 2 has smoothy recipes, it's basically a book of food, while book 1 is basically his story and explanation of mystery illnesses.
just ignore the medium part... and try to apply his diet ideas. They are not that difficult.
Funny you mention eggs dragging you down...
With cheese and yogurt, I never felt they did bad, but only after stopping them completely, I just noticed that inflammation did not come as before, just a bit.
When I cut eggs, it stopped for good!!
I mean, I ALREADY don't eat a lot of stuff, gluten, barely take gluten free grains, no sugar, anything causing me burning sensations in the mouth, things with pesticides (like potatoes, tomatoes, most fruits...), ready made dishes...
I try to avoid them, at least, as much as I can.
I guess the combination AVOIDANCE of BAD stuff + INCREASING good stuff is what makes the result better.
It's a double-sided approach.
I find juicing with blueberries, mangos, any berry, apples, they are delicious. Then I added honey, and candida remains dormant!!
I'm taking about 2 teaspoons of honey a day.
Today, I even took 2 Belgian pralines, which means, a bit of milk, a bit of sugar. I shouldn't, but it was a Xmas gift!
I'm so much more relaxed, I don't know if because I found finally this diet that helps keep me stable healthwise...
... or if the same fruits and veggies that I eat are in fact doing something like changing my feelings (like making me relaxed, due to anti oxidants, nourishing feeling).
In his book number 2 (the most important if you would like to follow his diet, as he gives the proportion and recipes to help you) he mentions that each healing fruit or veggie has also mental and emotional support effect.
I still ignore that part, as I'm still struggling with my down-to-earth body health...
But I guess, if my body supports me and makes me less anxious, if I feel safe again, I'll try to check his ideas on foods healing the mind and spirit.
For the moment, I'm down to earth, trying to keep inflammation free for the next 3 months, which are among the worst in my life, usually.

I've read the book, after many people suggested it, and I think most of his dietary suggestions are pretty good overall. I don't buy that Lyme isn't the main problem (science just doesn't bear that out) -- but I do think EBV is a huge player in what keeps us sick. My EBV levels have always been too high to even measure unless I'm on Valtrex --- I had mono when I was 15.
As for the medium bit, I don't buy it... and I don't buy HIM for that matter. I'm not so skeptical as to think mediums don't exist on occasion, but he seems to chalk everything up to EBV, when I think the picture is more complicated than that.
That said, raw food is really healing for a good deal of us, and the man does know the science on EBV pretty well!

I'm planning to do a 3 day complete fast later this month ... maybe longer if my body handles it well, followed by a high-raw diet. I did a summer of completely raw, and honestly I felt pretty darn good during it. I do believe in the power of fasting to heal.... and I practice intermittent fasting as it is now (generally eat one meal a day, and sometimes even skip that.) I eat a clean vegan diet, but it is high in plant fats. If I go too low fat, I get cranky... and I'm pretty lean now. I can afford to spare maybe 5 lbs (10 at most) before I start to look too skinny.

His idea that everything is EBV also has me skeptical along with the "medium" part of his book as I said earlier.
I have many times in my mind said, "let me guess...EBV" when I read about a case study.
Though I am sure EBV causes a problem in many of us.
That being said, I agree, his suggestions on the diet is what I would expect them to be. I am looking forward to more information about his smoothies and food combinations for my body. Which is why I was interested in the book.
I also had mono at 19, so I know that is an issue with me.

I'm thinking to buy number 3, when I'm ready with these 2. Number3 is only about thyroid.
----------------------------- I agree with both above: diet can be healing!
I loved both fasting and raw-food-only. It felt divine, both of them.
I think it's much easier to do raw-food-only AFTER you fast a bit.
If you do raw only cold turkey, it's harder, psychologically.
but he's not against cooked foods, and suggests some cooked dishes.
I'm reading more and more of both books: now things start to make sense. About how raw food cleaned my liver, and then put candida dormant.
Why do I get so much energy from eating raw...
Why eating fatty food, heavy food, makes my candida worse.
Why I always ate fruit, and my candida never depended on my fruit intake.
Why I noticed fast inflammation after adding a bit of cream in my coffee.
Why milk, egg, gluten, heavy metals should go out for healing...
The only thing that makes my candida worse, was cold weather.
Why I felt like dying on keto or paleo diet...
And my doubts about 'Do I have candida, really?', in the thread I started before (about EBV, lyme and candida looking practically the same conditions).
That was before I got Anthony's books!
Everything seems to make more sense, at least, in my case.

Today, I worked many hours on his first book, to try to figure out a way to find which is the problem of each person.
The problem with the first book is that I feel like I fit all problems simultaneously:
- I fit adrenal fatigue, - low thyroid (but no bad values), - I fit slow liver metabolism, - I fit to the heavy metal in the gut, - to shingle's picture...
So which diet to apply?
I then got an inspiration and decided to draw circles and mandalas and go testing energetically with a pendulum.
I drew quite many of them, and in my case came adrenal fatigue as the most important.
I tested my daughter, it came shingles, hubby, it came low thyroid hormones...
Mine came adrenal fatigue.
I'm only using the pendulum to find out which diet would be the most beneficial at this moment, for me.
Of course, you could call the author and ask, that would be better. He does phone consultations!
----------------------- As many of his diet suggestions overlap, it won't be a total mistake to start on one and build from there on, I suppose.
So that is what I decided to do.
If anyone would like me to use the pendulum and ask for you, I can try that too.
Just PM me (free of charge, of course!!).
If it's wrong, anyway, his recommendations are only 'more celery, more apples, more melons, more parsley... ', well, the foods won't kill you!!
I'll try to contact the guy and suggest him some mandalas for people to use the pendulum.
Who knows he will find that useful?
To draw my own mandalas, I used the method from this book below.
My lyme doctor still uses this book below for all his patients:
It's baby easy to use, if you can use a pendulum...
My doctor uses this book for decades, literally. And the guy is overbooked, so it must be working!!

Ok, I re-read the lyme chapter, and I can't say I agree totally with the author.
I must be then one of the few people who caught lyme after a tick bite, if we follow his arguments (that tick bites only cause lyme to 0.5% of cases).
Well, I fell ill with joint pain and all lyme symptoms only after the tick bite that made an EM rash.
And my daughter too: immediately after the tick bite on her scalp, she fell very ill, and very fast.
He says EM rash comes from staph infection from the bite and that can be caused by bee stings too (?)
Funnily, when my daughter got her knee double-sized, the hospital did find staph in her knee liquid.
He considers candida as a sort of coinfection, as well as borrelia, babesia, bartonella, mycoplasma, staph, strep too with EBV as the main culprit ...
.... lowering immunity, resting dormant and inactive for years, decades, until some EVENT triggers 'lyme'.
He says that chronic candida does not exist either. It's also a 'co-factor' of EBV or lyme.
Teeth and jaw problems are usually herpes family viruses, he suggests.
I ate gluten twice in one day (as I was a guest), non-organic bread, then still some nice chocolate pralines every day, and yesterday I got what I call 'candida' back on my toes.
Well, I was asking for it, I suppose?
If I kept only the pralines, it was fine, but adding gluten twice was bad idea.
So today, I went on raw mostly again, and will do that for a couple of days.
The difference with my raw diet before, is that I'm following his adrenal fatigue menu / food suggestions.
It looks true that grazing different foods can make me feel more full (potassium + fruit sugar + sodium).
I'm increasing sprouts, and it's also interesting how they act on inner energy (as he says).
Sprouts, daily, about 1 cup or half a cup mixed in a bowl of greens, they taste good.
If someone wishes a recipe for salad... today I did this:
deep green lettuce (5-10 leaves)
winter cress (a bunch)
radish (about 3, cut in little pieces)
sprouts (1 cup)
bits of paprika
half an apple in pieces
3 dates cut in little pieces
------------------- On top, I sprinkled:
two teaspoons of flaxseed powder (it could be hemp seed powder too)
cardamon in powder (bits)
colorful peppercorns (bits)
himalayan salt
olive oil (a bit) sesame oil (a bit)
balsamic vinegar
bit of honey
about 2 soup spoons of cilantro leaves (chopped)
1 soup spoon of peppermint leaves (chopped)
------------ It does take some time to prepare it, but it was delicious.
I would sometimes add something like avocados, some sunflower seeds, hemp seed powder, spring onions for variation, and change the seed powders to what he suggests.
Tomorrow I'll try to hunt some dandelion who survived winter to add to the deep greens...
The more variety of ingredients you add, the taste improves. The bitterness of sprouts is gone, everyone ate until the last piece of lettuce left.
I guess the fun is to try to make tastes richer.
I also love to add berries, but my daughter does not like it. So I take berry juice instead.
------------ I keep the list of good foods for each of us above the sink, and then try to combine things that are good for us all.
If you all knew what raw foods can do, you would give it a trial.
With raw veggies and fruits, almost all the junk food we eat daily does not come inside your plate.

Thanks for more details on something you eat per his recommendations.
I have also typed up a chart of the types of foods he says to eat so I can check them off to ensure I get all of them in a couple of times a week.
Now it is just finding some of these things out of season that aren't covered in pesticides. Being farmers ourselves, I am so picky with this and grow as much as we can for our climate.
I am definitely adding more things to our multi-acre garden this year per his recommendations.

So nice you grow your own veggies!!
What kind of stuff do you grow?
I just have my own small veggie garden in the back of the house...
I'll try replanting new raspberries (I did not have a good plant, I think, as it gave almost nothing), also to get the leaves to prepare tea.
I have rose hips at home. I never thought they did much as they do not have much taste...
I can still collect them now...
I'm sure if I could make them in powder, they would have more effect. I only cut them with scissors to make teas...
I'll try to make more pots with cilantro + flat leaf parsley + lemon balm (Melissa) instead of concentrating much on basil and the other type of parsley.
The problem with cilantro is that I have a few good years and many very bad years.... I don't think cilantro likes temperate climate as much as tropical...
---------------
While so many people around look ill with flu, coughs... luckily, we still got nothing.
Despite bad flu season.... I guess eating so many berries, cherries, lemon, oranges,..
....then adding ginger, coconut oil, garlic, onions to food,
...taking that all almost daily in reasonable amounts...
well, there is less chance to catch something, I suppose?
I just realize that we're increasing the amount of teas (like more rosemary, thyme, olive leaf, lemon balm, even parsley tea, that tastes good) and I add these to our smoothies instead of water.
Many of these have anti bacterial / viral / fungal effect.
So we decreased the amount of pure water drinking - that according to him is not really 'live' water, but water without energy - to have water with some properties (from leaves).
It's funny that I kept feeling that water did not hydrate my cells, and always preferred teas.
I'll try the lemon idea too, to squeeze 1/2 a lemon in a glass of water instead of pure water...
I also don't have a mixer made by glass, so I rarely use it. I use a portable hand mixer, made of stainless steel, but I need something more powerful for the celery juice.
I guess I gotta buy one.
I talked to a family member: she suggested my daughter is not taking a good breakfast, because only berry juice, dates, some carrots and celery do look enough.
"She needs bread, musli, cheese, jam, something more consistent, she said, so that she does not feel weak!!"
I did not discuss...
That is the main point: the foods that feel full, are the foods that in fact keep us ill!
Bread and musli = hard to digest (grains, gluten)
Cheese = hard to digest, dead proteins (pasteurized), GMO-made-proteins (as most cows eat GMO), concentrated glyphosate (if not organic).
Jam = fruit content may be fine, even if overcooked, but the problem is excess of added sugar.
I don't know.
I start believing that only light foods can be helpful in our situation today (overload of toxins, pesticides, heavy metals, electrosmog, stress, overload of pathogens)...
Eating light foods is a bit like fasting, without the disadvantage of fasting (privation).
The body has still some energy left to deal with toxins, pathogens, hormones...
Any heavy food we eat, taxes the liver.
That is why macrobiotic diet forced people to chew food 100 times before ingesting them, forbade meat, fats...
Only by doing that, patients could put cancer back, drug addiction, other health problems in remission.
One very interesting point of the book is about VitB12. He says that we can get B12 from non-animal sources all the time, when we eat probiotics from fruits and veggies.
They are present, live, in probiotics of fruits and veggies: they travel down the gut and will produce B12 in our guts (that is why I understood).

Wish the medical pendulum book was in English.
I had been eating more eggs than usual and energy healer suggested I cut back. So, I am cutting out eggs and will see what happens.
Some raw foods don't digest well with me. I do better with cooked vegetables and some lean meats.
I do avoid gluten and dairy.
Had mono (EBV) in college years ago.
Thanks for bringing this up, Brussels.

Interesting, but my immune system is crap, and the food supply is not clean enough to eat raw without risk.
Cooked veggies and lean meats sound like a safe alternative.
I have stage 3 renal failure too, so I limit meats. We cooked some spinach after too many days in the fridge as a salad to trust to eat raw. Seeing how much it shrinks, it seems frozen cooked spinach may be a real bargain.
I had mono/ebv
parvovirus (yep, there's a human version)
Lyme formally diagnosed 2009, which initially caused the renal failure.
I am afraid of foodborne illness in this country, where warnings are extended to pet owners not even to feed it to their dogs.
I'm open to new ideas, but I get sick so easily from even the smallest food risks. I know because my mom has an iron gut, and does insane things, and feeds people food left out too long and never gets sick like we do afterwards.

Hiker, the Medical Pendulum book has only homeopathic remedies.
You don't need to read German, to tell you the truth. To use it, it's really very simple.
95% of the book are only mandalas for pendulum testing. 5% are some bla-bla-bla that I long read and long forgot!!!
If you buy the book, I can tell you how it works, it's really very simple. The hardest part is 'how to use the pendulum?', for anyone (with or without the book).
If you use the pendulum sometimes, you'll get it.
If you never used a pendulum, well, I don't think the book will help for anything.
I can send you PM explaining, or show you in less than 5 minutes how to use it. -------------
As for raw foods, our guts have been systematically harmed by toxins, bad foods, heavy metals, parasites, pathogens....
It's harder for those who can't yet digest raw foods. I would suggest to add some fermented foods for starting.
Cooking kills probiotic bacteria /fungi on the food, usually. But I understand that some people's guts are bad, and need still treatment before starting to be able to digest raw food.
I know a 70 year old man, his gut had been bad for a long time, but he treated it (with my lyme doctor, who uses the Medical Pendulum book above),
... plus some liver flushes, right probiotics (in rotation, energy tested)... homeopathics in rotation, and I think he can now eat some raw, after years not being able to.
my lyme doctor now told him off: he does not need to return, as his health stabilized, finally.
There is hope!

Lymelearned: fear from nature, that is what we all had / have due to ticks and multiple infections.
A. William speaks about it.
In fact, there are more friendly things in nature than harmful.
Buhner talks about that, when he describes the microbiome in plants.
A plant is covered in beneficial bacteria, fungi, the same way we are covered with ours.
B. says that adding antibiotics to roots of plants is a crime, because it will also kill protective bacteria, and weaken the root.
Why roots do not rotten in the humidity?
They produce some chemicals, right, but their whole root skin is covered with beneficial bacteria, no single space is free.
Just watch animals in nature: they drink water available to them, eat what is available to them, and they survive.
I wonder what is safer: to eat sterilized partially 'dead' veggies and fruits, or to eat non sterilized raw veggies and fruits?
Knowing that our bodies are literally totally covered with living beings, from inside and outside (eyes, mouth, skin, sexual organs, gut, everywhere),
... and our own cells are in MINORITY to this incredible microbiome (our cells are only 10% of the whole microbiome)...
... well, I think you shouldn't fear an 'outside invasion!!
They are already inside!!!
there must be a lot of protective and symbiotic functions for these microbiome, or we would have been long dead.
All of us, not only us with multiple active infections.
A William say that EBV can just slowly reproduce in the body, cause symptoms or be totally hidden for years, decades even.
Does that sound familiar??
Well, it did make me think of Bb.
During lyme, as I test myself energetically, I kept finding so many activated pathogens that I gave up testing. More than 50 at once.
One of it was TB, that I never had had before (I mean, I never had tuberculosis).
I thought I caught TB from somewhere.
Well, no, in fact, what cured me was a nosode from an old Vaccine of TB I took as a child, decades before.
TB stayed inside me, dormant, and lyme made it show up. It literally almost killed me. Not even antibiotics helped.
Look at all of us now, all the old lymies. WE no longer have lyme, but Bb, babs, bart, myco, etc they are all lurking from inside, waiting for an opportunity to reactivate.
It's only the immune system that can keep old lymies like me symptom free.
It has little to do with the bacteria, in my opinion.

As for diet, I'm introducing slowly but steadily, the ingredients for heavy metal detox.
Atlantic dulse or sea veggies.
Cilantro daily. Parsley (flat leaf) daily.
I'm going slow, not taking his recommended doses.
But toxins are moving, as I feel tummy pains, some headaches, probably the event of inflammation has to do with moving heavy metals too (not only because I ate chocolate and gluten)...
Back to chlorella and zeolites.
Now I'm back to concentrating on raw, but eating potatoes (cooked), to keep me warm.
I also eat a small piece of chicken breast and a rice cracker or so when I'm not home (he does not recommend animal protein, nor rice crackers...)
Now what's detoxing for me are sinuses and joints, from the neck and shoulders.
It feels like a flushing, someone washing my body from inside.
I'm taking teas of olive leaf, thyme, rosemary... They used to cause me sort of herxes, but I think now these herxes are gone.
Wild blueberry + cherry + any other berry + 1 teaspoon of honey in the juicer continues to feel DIVINE.
I'm increasing the amount of sprouts, daily.
They are delicious mixed with salads or on my rice cracker.
I start believing these stuff build deep energy.
It's not an energy that you feel immediately, but it is slowly charging my inner batteries, I feel.
I notice my thyroid got smaller (?)
I did not know it was a bit large, but now that I'm touching my neck, I feel it got smaller!!!
A William says that EBV lives in the thyroid and organs too.
And from these organs, it causes harm.
Hypothyroidism, or any thyroid disorder or Hashimoto.

I don't know if I ever posted this recipe, but it's delicious, also for kids:
1 avocado (or half, if big)
1 lemon or lime
2 tea sp of honey
1 or 2 fruits: apple, or pear, or grapes, or persimmon or banana (sweet fruit will match well with the taste)
------------- Smash avocado (and banana, if you'd like more sweet). Add lime / lemon.
Cut the fruit(s) in small pieces, add to the avocado.
Add honey and stir the whole thing.
It's delicious!!
My daughter did not enjoy avocados first.
The lemon will cut the taste of fat (from avocado), plus it will help to avoid fast oxidation.
If you add sweet fruits + honey, it balances the whole thing, making the avocado less fatty.
It's a perfect snack (10AM or 4PM).
I keep varying the fruit content and honey taste, so we keep getting different tastes.
If you'd like bits of protein, you can still add some hemp seeds or flaxseed in powder.
We've been eating that about 4-5 times a week, once a day, when I have ripe avocados.
It's one of my favorite snacks.

Brussels....I also got sick after a tick bite and a rash... and I know exactly the bite that pushed me over the edge. This was several years after I had mono.
I'm not saying the two aren't related ... I'm fairly sure they are... but I'm butting up against some major inaccuracies with this author's ideas on Lyme. I'm still planning to do a fast and raw diet... I believe in those things heartily...

I grow anything we will eat. We grow most vegetables that I will eat, though after reading the book I will be growing much more and doing more and more herbs and spices.
However, I failed at spinach three years in a row, so I gave up the last 6 years. I will try again this summer though!
I am very nervous about not vigorously washing vegetables and fruits I do not get from our own farm. With fruits I barely get any. I have to go to other farms in order to get them. Thankfully I can trust them.
We did purchase more blueberries and raspberry plants last year. Though they will take many years before I can get hardly anything off of them.
What is wild blueberries exactly? What is the difference between that and blueberries I would pick from my farm?
I need to get avocados...have honestly never tried them.

MrsFarmer! Nice you'll try to grow more veggies after the book!
Spinach is known to need a lot of pesticides...
I'm having trouble with strawberries for years. The flowers and tops of plants are eaten every year, so I only get few strawberries....
I hope you have more luck than my strawberries...
>I am very nervous about not vigorously washing vegetables and fruits I do not get from our own farm.
Due to pesticides, I suppose?
>We did purchase more blueberries and raspberry plants last year. Though they will take many years before I can get hardly anything off of them.
I guess raspberries are fast! I mean, if it's just for your own consumption. It took me 2 years to have them fully grown, I think.
> What is wild blueberries exactly? What is the difference between that and blueberries I would pick from my farm?
Wild blueberries are sold frozen in common shops, said Anthony. I found them in a regular supermarket in Germany.
It's written: Canadian wild blueberries.
I didn't know about the difference (wild, cultivated).
It's Anthony who said that the wild version is a totally different beast: much more potent.
I don't sincerely feel the difference, but I guess, with fruits, you don't see the results immediately.
---------------------------- I grew up with avocados.... No need to buy them organic, I think.
As far as I know, avocados in Brazil are not sprayed much. Not many beasts, pests, diseases like it.
It's commonly found in country houses, back gardens...
There are avocado trees (huge!) even on the streets, in the middle of a big metropolis like Sao Paulo.
They still grow well, despite pollution, no matter where they are, as long as they like the climate.
Avocados are very special.
In Europe people do many recipes with salt ( look for guacamole, to be used on toasts, salads, as a dip, etc), but in Brazil, we eat them sweet (as a dessert, with lime & sugar).
they even make avocado ice cream, it's my favorite!!
A. William says avocados are so rich (but don't overeat, as they are fat) that they compare to mother's milk.

Thanks for the information Brussels. We thankfully have lots of wild raspberry bushes around here growing, so while we are waiting for ours to grow we have a bunch we can pick throughout the farm.
Most of the time with our berries we grow (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, black caps) the kids eat them right off the plant so it is survival of the fittest when it comes to berries.
We grow our strawberries in a high tunnel, along with grapes, so that helps to keep things from eating them. Though our resident guinea fowl has been found flying into the open high tunnel to have his pick of the berries! LOL!
Yes, the pesticides are the reason why I like to ensure I wash my fruits/veggies. Ours we eat right out of the field or off the plant. But others, I am much more hesitant.
Even the certified organic farm a couple of miles down the road sprays their fields so heavily with "organic" pesticides, I wouldn't dare eat it.
We refuse to use pesticides or fertilizers...no chemicals on our farm, so that may be why spinach has always been a problem for us. We will try again this year and hope we can find a solution.

Glad you don't use pesticides!!
It's more work, but certainly, you get more value in the end.
Yep, organic is not totally non-sprayed.
Now I see some stuff coming with labels such as 'non-treated', which shall be better than organic (if the farmers are honest).
That is another reason Wild may be better than organic (?)
I mean, wild salmon may have some mercury, plastics, but I find it is still 'better' than non-organic full of antibiotics and GMO food.
I suspect ants eat my strawberry flowers and top leaves. I can't just tunnel them... It happens in ONE NIGHT, no way to prevent.
I'll dig them out, put some in pots to see what happens this year...
--------------------------------- I don't know what I'm detoxing from this 'diet', but my skin has funny rashes.
One is itchy on my calf, the other is on the buttocks like pimples (but feels nothing)...
My left nostril is leaking water.
My flesh / skin got again soft, very soft.
One easy and effective part of the diet recommendation of William are teas. Simple teas.
They do have an effect that you notice if you take different stuff in rotation.
So far, no cold / flu in the family.
I never thought of taking thyme or rosemary tea regularly as he suggests, but I'm doing that more often.
I notice the mood in the family also improved.
Zeolites usually made me feel yucky during lyme, now it does nothing. I take it before bed, to clean the liver during the night.
After reading the book, I think my main condition is 'adrenal fatigue'.
What are you thinking to treat with the diet?

A question about the teas. I don't have any tinctures to make or anything, and really can't afford it, but would it be just the same to buy rosemary or thyme and just drop it in my tea?
Or does it not have the same effect? I am not really knowledgeable with herbs, just starting to look into them.
We have had minor colds thank goodness, but nothing major by way of illnesses. I pray it stays that way. With all of the antibiotics, my immune system is shot.
I am currently on a pulse break, so hoping to build my immune system up more. And eventually want to get off antibiotics and try other methods of getting rid of these germs.
My main goal is to figure out why I have plateaued and to get some of my energy back. My fatigue level is tremendously high. I can't get my energy back.
Maybe it is the winter, but I had so much more energy and motivation earlier on in my treatment, when I felt worse, than I do now. So maybe the summertime helped with that?
My progesterone levels are non-existent. So I tried taking some in the hopes it will increase my energy, to no avail.
I sleep like a rock on progestrone and not as a light sleeper, like I was before taking it, but I am still just as tired.
Maybe I am just so exhausted from the years of barely any sleep (thanks Babesia) that my body is desperately trying to catch up?
I am just at a loss and getting more frustrated by the day. :/
Months ago I had hope I would beat this, and with no progress lately my hope is fading fast.

About teas: they are just teas: take one 'branch' of thyme, add boiling water, wait 10 minutes with a lid on top, and drink it.
You can do many cups at once, early morning, and drink it during the day.
I add small rosemary 'stem' (I don't know how to call that in English, I know it's not 'branch' to thyme and then have a double-action in one tea!! )
the problem with mixtures is that not all teas mix well together. It's a bit like cooking. Like with herbs.
After years of experience, you'll know that you can't simply mix everything with everything...
I even do parsley leaf tea, or cilantro tea (with leaves basically). Same procedure.
As for tincture, it's the EASIEST thing to do on your own. Not expensive AT ALL.
It costs the price of the alcohol you use. I usually buy Russian vodka, but if you have some 40% + alcohol, without excessive taste and color, it shall be fine, I suppose?
I use vodka for more than a decade and like it.
That's a super economic way to save your herbs (herbs will perish before the tincture, I mean).
but at the moment, I'm not using any particular tincture.
I'm exclusively using teas and decoctions (decoctions mean you got to simmer the herbs or stems, or bark for some minutes, 5, 10 min or more, with a lid on top, depending on what you are working with).
I used gardenia, phelodendron, many Chinese herbs in decoction to fight babesia.
I have a whole old thread about it, I can pull it for you, if you'd like. My herbs were not expensive, if bought in bulk.
> With all of the antibiotics, my immune system is shot.
Poor you...
>I am currently on a pulse break, so hoping to build my immune system up more. And eventually want to get off antibiotics and try other methods of getting rid of these germs.
Dr. K says that today, no one is getting rid of chronic lyme with antibiotics anymore. This time belongs to the past.
Antibiotics may help only for acute cases, but not for chronic any longer, he said.
>My main goal is to figure out why I have plateaued and to get some of my energy back.
It's not only you, but basically most of people plateau with drugs.
> My fatigue level is tremendously high. I can't get my energy back.
I don't know how much you read of A william's book, but he says abx FEED viruses, they thrive on abx and heavy metals.
Weather, lack of Vit D from sunlight, all that can play a role of course.
> My progesterone levels are non-existent. So I tried taking some in the hopes it will increase my energy, to no avail.
All lyme doctors treat hormones (or should treat). All of us have or had or will have hormone problems.
William says critters go to the thyroid and adrenals and mess with hormones on purpose.
Dr. K also thinks hormone imbalance that comes with chronic infections are usually part of the way critters fight our immune system.
A fast and inexpensive way to deal with the problem TEMPORARILY, while you treat the rest, is to use energetic infused hormones: like homeopathic, gland extracts etc.
Very inexpensive, no side effects, it will never block hormone production like when you ADD chemical or bio-identical hormones.
There is a company selling these energy infused hormones that you can buy for very little (you can pm me, I know an American practitioner who can buy it for you, as you need to be a practitioner to order it).
All you need is ONE BOTTLE, it will last years (I can show you how )
When you're not familiar with energy treatment, it sounds all too crazy to be true, I know.
I guess, people have to try the chemical way, fail it, and only then they MAY get open to trying other ways.
It happened to me and almost everybody who shifted to herbs and energy treatments...
I mean, it doesn't mean I don't use drugs AT ALL when necessary.
But I mean I prefer to go the natural way BEFORE I use drugs. Drugs become secondary, even at third place, after diet even.
>Maybe I am just so exhausted from the years of barely any sleep (thanks Babesia) that my body is desperately trying to catch up?
How is the electrosmog situation in your house (wifi, cell phone towers, cordless phones...)?
Just hang on, Mrs Farmer.
You're not alone. Don't let yourself be beaten.
Follow your gut, and know that most people improve, no matter which treatment they choose to follow.
it's a matter of persistence, though!

Another yummy avocado smoothie, super easy, and very consistent (like yoghurt):
1 avocado (medium or small) 1 banana (ripe is better) 1 teaspoon of honey a bit of coconut water (or water or tea)
blend all.
I love this stuff.
I could take it 3x a day, but it would be too fat, so I don't.

Raw turmeric experience, compared to curcumin /turmeric powder.
--------------------- I find the dry powder not easy to digest, even though I love the color of it.
I cut small pieces of raw turmeric, after peeling it and ate it.
It's not as bad as I thought.
I thought it would be much stronger than ginger, but not. It's much milder than ginger.
The taste is less strong than in powder, somehow, maybe because it's wet?
I ate about a pinky finger size of it.
It felt good (like a food for my brain, somehow).
It feels like it cleans the mouth (by chewing), it has a boosting energy effect feeling overall in the body.
It's surprisingly much easier to digest than the powder version.
To tell you the truth, I had zero problems in my stomach.
I find the powder comes down very hard in the stomach.
The raw version is nothing compared to that.
It's much easier than eating raw ginger, I swear.
It feels more like eating raw radish.
I steam-cooked one root, I'll try it now.

I've been thinking about the book and following A William's recommendations.
It can be overwhelming if you are on a ton of supplements.
It's not overwhelming if you are not taking lots of things...
I start to be convinced that these live foods are MUCH superior to taking vitamins and minerals.
The feeling is SO different. Color of skin changes, texture, feeling of warmth in the body...
And the light feeling after eating. Relaxation.
This happens only when I eat A LOT of different things in a day (a bit of cooked is fine).
The amount I eat is not big, but the variety is.
I dropped most supplements, minerals, vitamins...
while people are falling ill around us, we feel no thing approaching. I mean, no cold, nothing.

My gut and body are changing, I feel.
It's not only smooth, painless.
It is sometimes uncomfortable, like some fights are happening in my tummy (I suppose change in the microbiome of the gut...).
Nerves and skin are cleaning, and also my gut. Thyroid is certainly smaller.
I before touched my throat and felt a bump there: I thought that was the normal way thyroid should be (?). But now, there is barely a bump. The size of the bump dropped to about 1/4 of what it was.
I realize now, that my thyroid was swollen, and probably for more than a decade!

Thanks Brussels for starting this thread. I've been following A Williams for about a month on FB.
I'm not so sure about his thinking on disease, especially Lyme. But I'm reading and open to anything that helps me repair the damage.
I started with an Energy Healer over a year ago. She has removed my Lyme & co pains. Underneath that garbage was thyroid disease that I was being under treated for improperly for 30 yrs.
Interesting that my Energy Healer just keeps working away on ridding my body of EBV. That is one mean son of a gun. I thought Lyme, Bart & Babs was bad.
Not! I'm winning this war finally after 18 yrs.
Are you doing the Wild Blueberries in your daily diet?

Hi Pam, nice to know you are beating this disease, be it lyme, or whatever!!!!
congrats!
Yes, I'm on wild blueberries daily, in the morning juice:
- wild blueberries 1 cup - any other berry (1 cup or 1/2 cup) - cherry (1 cup)
Some warm tea inside (I'm enjoying nettle + rose hip), with honey
Delicious and amazing effect!
What I like with A William's suggestions, believe him or not, you can STILL follow his advice and feel good.
It's slower than with medicines, but I suspect it goes deeper. And it is delicious.
It made me shop different, eat different certainly.
And I love his suggestions for food.
I just ordered barley grass powder and hawaian Spirulina to start on a new heavy metal detox ... this time after him...
I came back to cilantro in greater amounts, and also happy I don't over react like in the past.
What is great is that almost NO SUPPLEMENT tests good for me. So I'm not taking them.
And the immunity that comes from those berries and raw stuff I keep eating, is just amazing (against colds).
Another of my yummy juices (that I took before A William) is simply: frozen mango pieces in water or tea (with honey, if you'd like more sweet)
One problem is the shopping: always fresh, so I need multiple shopping days...
The other: the time to prepare is much longer than spaghetti bolognese (specially if you just open a can for sauce...).
I used to cook in 30 minutes, now it takes me longer.

For those who haven't read his books:
Why do we need so many live nutrients, according to him?
Because of:
- excess of chronic pathogenic infections that thrive in a toxic environment
(we need to fight these giving the immune system full nutrients,...
... and still help the body against its neuro toxic effects, with loads of antioxidants!!)
- excess of toxins, DDT, pesticides, additives in food, GMOs, etc
( we again, need organ detox nutrients, daily, and binders to help the garbage out, or we remain ill).
- excess of heavy metals in the body, food, environment
(they mess up with the immune system, may cause cancer, are food to pathogens...
...So mobilizers and binders are necessary, but he recommends basically food, so it's not that hard)
- electrosmog, radiation are also messing with our cells and organs.
More than ever, we need food rich of antioxidants.
-------------- According to him, this live nutrition is a must for keeping health.
The situation today is much different than 3 centuries ago, he said.
In the past, wheat was good, milk was okay probably, as those pervasive pathogens were not around, not as STRONG as they are now.
Today (since the middle of the last century), with such a PATHOGEN AND TOXIC crisis, food may kill or heal ...
...(my own summary!).
If you are on bad foods, dead foods, you gotta try to take all healing nutrients through SUPPLEMENTS.
Plus try to heal damage that GMOs, gluten and toxins do to your gut, body, nerves, hormones...
Not an easy task, and in my feeling, nothing COMPARES to the power of these live nutrients.
He says that milk could be good, IF it were not feeding pathogens like it is. Milk PRODUCTS, he means. All milk products, including goat and sheep.
Dr. K used to say milk products feed parasites...

I got a chuckle out of the EBV as the problem. I have read that book awhile back and he says there is an underlying virus that hasn't been discovered yet that is causing the lyme and co-infections to thrive.
It reminded me of the book The Plague and the hell Dr.Judy Mikovits had to go through with the XMRV virus.
As far viruses goes EVB is only the tip of the iceberg. I have a great rife machine and off the top of my head I got die off reactions to. EBV CMV XMRV HTLV 1 HTLV 2 HTLV 3 HPV/parvo virus Retroviruses HHV6 coxsackie B There is more but I would have to go dig thru old notes. The Envita clinic finds a high percentage of lyme/cfs patients test positive for about all listed above. I have not been to Evita but they list the viruses above as an issue.

Isn't it amazing that we're talking about that now?
I remember that when I caught lyme, having brain viruses were normal things - caused DUE to lyme, due to low immunity.
And I remember people telling us, lyme patients, that candida was also a CONSEQUENCE of antibiotics.
but the puzzle did not fit: I barely took antibiotics and suffered MAINLY from candida.
Lyme came and went, but candida remained.
MOST of us will be treating with anti virals and anti candida drugs or herbs, or whatever (rife, energy medicine).
The fight got exponential DUE to lyme, so we were told.
What IF, this was not true?
That in fact, an immune weakness due to an invisible virus (or many viruses) weren't the main cause?
I don't know anybody with chronic lyme that hasn't gone through: anti virals, anti candida, and we don't ALL take anti-parasitic for lack of belief on parasites: I believe, we our immune system is also fighting parasites.
Whatever the main cause, I can ONLY see one way out: a total change that is VERY HOLISTIC.
I can't live anymore without my blueberry + berry juice. It feels like I get poor nutrition if I miss one day of berry juice, or one day of fresh lettuce...
I suspect the author has a point: we need so many nutrients, so varied, daily, in great amounts, to fight a TSUNAMI of PROBLEMS.
He speaks of SURVIVAL of humankind depending on changing our daily nutrition habits.
You may think you'll get everything from pills, but if you just tried changing your food habits daily, to eat about 40 different LIVE ingredients a day, and change some of them next day, ...
and on and on like that, you realize that there is no single supplement protocol that will catch up with you anymore.
I keep thinking about that: when I read what people are going through here, despite all supplements, all herbs, drugs, devices, treatments, they still go down, and down....
They increase supplements, increase herbs, increase treatments, and still no warranty of success?...
When I tested myself for viruses in the past, I also tested positive for many.
I never took them too seriously BECAUSE I thought my problem was LYME and CANDIDA.
Only now, I start looking at the problem by another angle...

The fact that my thyroid got about 50% smaller than just a couple of months ago, makes me believe that the author got another good point.
He said that our thyroid is being attacked by toxins and by viruses, that is why so many people suffer from thyroid problems.
His 3rd book is ONLY about thyroid (I haven't got it yet).
I did not EVEN specifically treat my thyroid according to him.
I mean, I was not following his advice for thyroid, only for adrenal fatigue, shingles...
but most of his suggestions overlap, so I am getting some of his thyroid fruits and veggies.
But it's a fact that my thyroid got smaller. I feel it tingling, stinging on and off, and my daughter too.
She keeps saying she feels she'll get a cold, because her throat feels strange.
I told her, my thyroid feels strange too, stinging, but I haven't caught anything, so far. Even with these frozen juices, nothing happens...
What if he is right and the food's nutrients are killing all viruses there???
--------------------------------
What I am amazed with is the BAD FOOD LIST he got:
- no milk (no goat / sheep products either, no butter...)- it feeds viruses, bacteria, parasites...
- no eggs - they feed viruses
- no gluten, nor wheat - it feeds pathogens
- no additives - it messes up with the immune system.
Gosh, why nobody told me that before??
------------------------ If this is true for everyone, I don't know.
But I surely feel MUCH better without these stuff above.
I don't mind anymore to have cut them, because I'm getting paid back with increase of health, of well being.
Anxiety to its lowest point, and my candida remains either very low profile (treatment is zero)... or totally inactive.
Now my aim is to fight the remaining food allergies, and try to increase weight that I've been losing in the last 5-7 years.

The diet experiment continues. It's been about 5 months, since I started (in September).
I'm having skin inflammation on my hands, that is testing like Herpes zoster.
Last week, I had one sore on my lips, that looked like a herpes sore, that I never had before (not that I remember!).
It's practically gone now.
I'm taking some of A William's food / supplements against herpes /EBV/ viruses, and also increasing mobilizers such as cilantro.
Since I started 'playing' with heavy metal mobilizers more than 10 years ago, I ALWAYS have a bad surprise: some pathogens get activated together immediately after the 'herx-like' reaction from mobilizers.
What happens is probably: heavy metals get loose due to mobilizers, and then pathogens get exposed (as they were hiding behind heavy metals).
It's not too bad, but it's bothersome.
When I test it energetically, it comes Herpes zoster.
I didn't know I ALSO had that one...
My feet are fine this time, everything is happening on my hands.

I start to get used to the diet of fruits, my shopping habits are completely different than 6 months ago, and so my eating 'habits'.
There is no habit, as menus keep changing pretty much, as William suggests so many different things, that it is hard to get to fixed menus.
It's always a bit different.
Some fruits feel divine, it's extremely relaxing to consume fruits.
Even celery, I start to enjoy it. I feel it's like chewing gum!!!
I cut two stems in small sticks, put in my bag, and keep chewing it in the morning, wherever I go.
The juice from it feels very good, and as I need to chew it a lot, I feel like it's my chewing gum.
I love to drive and chew celery. Or walk and chew it.
The FEELING after taking 2 to 3 celery stems + 3 different fruits, as breakfast, is gorgeous.
I feel it cleans my brain and gives me this very relaxing effect.
My liver feels better too (celery helps cleaning the liver, if taken on empty stomach).
When I'm tired of celery, I change to fennel and to cucumber then add the 3, 4 fruits as breakfast.
If I'm still hungry, I chew some lettuce (like iceberg lettuce), and then I do feel full, usually.
Or I add some dates, dry apricots, avocado, cashewnuts, banana, whatever is available.
I dropped bread, almost for good. Even gluten free bread. Sometimes I snack some rice crackers, though, but not every day.
I'd rather eat potatoes as snack. Taro, sweet potatoes, or any potato.
I notice that I flare if I eat heavier meals, like cooked meat, cooked grains, too many potatoes, etc.
I'm avoiding eggs, milk, gluten, grains, sugar, additives, but still eat out about 2 x week.

I'll try now to do a more targeted diet that aims to fight viruses and to support my liver.
I do think the liver is THE organ that suffered the most - candida + lyme + candida again...
Now I suppose what I'm fighting is Herpes.
I'll try lysin tonight and tomorrow, if I'm brave, Chaga mushroom (against viruses).
My energy level is good. It's just the hour I flare, I'm low battery.
When I can stop flares (just taking binders stop it usually, or Cannabis, or auto-urine homeopathic, rubbing essential oils on skin and head), the energy increases again and I'm back to active.
I went swimming once last week.
Today and yesterday, I did a small jogging. No post exertion fatigue, like in previous years...
In all these previous years (about 20 years) January and February had been my WORST months due to high skin inflammation.
I thought it was candida only, but it seems it was ALSO something else.
I find his recommendations fit me because I love fruits.
The fact that I do not collapse - despite skin inflammation - makes me want to continue trying his recommendations.
One nice thing I just discovered, specially good for those who cannot take chlorella:
spirulina + barley grass as mobilizers = you gotta try this!!
It gave me bad joint pains yesterday, EXACTLY like stronger mobilizers such as EDTA, cilantro, alpha lipoic acid, phospholipid extract, NDF etc.
The pain was clear: exactly on my left knee (the lyme knee), on my right shoulder (the arthritic shoulder), and on my face (from cavitation site).
All the 3 main spots that had / have caused me trouble. It can't be a coincidence.
I'll try it again.

Good discussion. I remember reading a Dr. K article many years ago that said that all Lyme patients have candida/mold issues. He said that the important distinction was whether the Lyme was primary or the candida/mold was primary. He said the Lyme-primary people do better on a low protein diet and tend to not feel well when living in the mountains/at elevation. He said the root issue candida/mold people need a high protein/low carb diet (which is difficult on raw/vegan diet) and tend to feel better at elevation. The latter is certainly true of me. And I have repeatedly had ART testers tell me that Lyme wasn't my biggest issue (though my titers are very high). I have been told that candida and mold intolerance is the much bigger issue, and my history seems to bear that out. I have been increasingly intolerant to mold. I am now visiting a place in the mountains and hoping I can find low EM, affordable place.
Also, I do find the blood type diet books to be applicable to me. I am type O that theoretically does better on paleo diet.

Jubilee, good comment... I was a candida sufferer for about 20 years before lyme came in.
Then I became a lyme sufferer, babesia, mycoplasma, PLUS the candida, fungal infections, parasites...
My experience is: when you don't treat any of the parasitism or infection correctly (I mean, thoroughly),
....the whole body remains sick in a sort of stable way, with ups and downs... so a sort of fixed picture appears...
As you mention, I would feel better on dry places, or on wet places, or thrive on proteins, or thrive on veggies or fruits...
But the problem is more complex than that: the moment you target the main infections or problems correctly (directly), and successfully (at least, partially), the whole picture changes!!
You go from thriving from proteins, to thriving on veggies, to thriving on fruits and veggies, to thriving on proteins and oils again...

But I live a bit high, in more or less wet climate.
I collapse with cold weather.
Just after I wrote this last post above, I was feeling pretty well, all skin infections under control without any treatment whatsoever.
Then I continued my tests on a polluted place with electrosmog (the bedroom where I first fell ill with lyme)...
Plus the cold came.
And I had increased intake of zinc to treat the KPU - that before I could not treat, because zinc made me severely ill IMMEDIATELY.
The moment I put grains of zinc supplements on my tongue, my whole body shut down...
That problem is now past history, that is why I finally decided to take MORE zinc than I ever took (which is still small amounts for most people).
I felt detoxing, heavy metals, toxins, whatever were coming out in greater amounts...
A combination of all 3 problems (e-smog + zinc + cold) just made my skin infection re-appear, despite the fact that I was eating as described above.
Fruits, veggies, avoiding grains, no sugar (like always), no milk, no eggs, low animal protein, low oil consumption.

So I started feeling: the Medical Medium anti candida diet is not working.
I should go back to high protein, so I thought.
But then came my own ART tests: I started in fact testing for viruses, like I mention above.
For the first time in my life, herpes blisters broke around my mouth, very painful.
So I said: well, I have now a virus...
And started treating it: lysin, antivirals, etc.
Then I tested again: cytomegalie virus tested, also for the first time , that I remember (I can be wrong though, as my memory was not that good during lyme).
What the heck?
Well, I treated it with nosodes and light, felt a bit better.
Waited again, my skin continued to become more red, with little flares during the day.
It tested FINALLY candida again, like all these years.
So I used Sanum anti candida nosodes, and felt a bit better.
But the skin continued to get worse.
I noticed I flared after meals.
Veggie meals, low protein made me flare.
And then hell broke: anything I ate started to cause me severe herxes / flares / cytokine storms, to the point of not being able to respond to people around me (I close down, body in fire, then cold, awful feeling).
It made no logic.
A single banana, that made me feel so happy for months, years, now made me flare.
Anything made me flare, except for raw celery, raw carrots, raw fennel, raw lettuce. And pomelo (like grapefruit).
So I ate ONLY these stuff above.
I could eat nothing else for a few days, except for these things above. No apples, nothing. They tested bad.

My liver was in trouble, stuffed, hard, painful, my kidneys too (like always, when I'm flaring like hell).
So I kept on testing, found Staphylococcus. Treated that again.
Felt a bit better: but infection still went on, slowly but surely.
I know that just because if I put a bite of any fruit or protein, or brown rice, I would flare.
I started to be worried. Then I realized my skin turned BLACK in the worst spots.
Really like those photos of gangrene feet, you know?
I took photos because it's unbelievable.
Then the bell rang: what if this is not tuberculosis BCG like I had during lyme?
It was it!!!
So I used the only nosode I had and felt a bit relieved. But I still was not healed. It just slowed down the progression.
Fingers were still black, and the wounds were still getting deeper.

So, what to do? Sanum.
I went to Sanum again, a sort of more complete protocol, with Bacillus firmus, Polysans (antigens of TB), cell wall deficient hapten product (Sanukehl Myc).... and the whole picture appeared.
Like described by Enderlein, my body needed to stop the Mucor cycle and Aspergilus cycle, exactly like he describes.
I felt awful.
SO I went to get my old Sanum metabolic correction substances to balance the milieu: citric acid, formic acid, lactic acid...
When I take these drops, it feels such a relief. As though these nasty toxins, that cause herxes, anxiety, just get canceled.
One by one.
It took about 1 week on Sanum to feel it was working (about 8-10 products from Sanum).
Now it's about 2 weeks, and my skin is closed, fully closed, the color is still not 100% well, but it my skin is no longer black.

10 years after getting activated TB on skin - BCG bacillus, I got it again now.
It's incredible that on one single spot - my fingers - I can find all these pathogens.
The only thing I can think of, is that: if Enderlein is correct, there is no way out for me, long term, unless...
I correct the whole milieu, get back to the basics, gut, and Sanum + Heel + nosodes, because the food part, I already am doing.
I had also stopped my kimchi the month previous to this awful TB infection, because Anthony Williams does not seem to think fermented food is good.
Well, in my case, he was wrong. I need my kimchi. ONly eating like he susgests is still not enough, due to extreme gut dysbiosis.
------------------------ So the conclusion is: there is no single fixed diet not even for a single person!!!
I'm eating fruits again and I feel so relaxed after a mango, for example.
Two weeks ago, a mango felt like poison, like an apple would feel, like a banana would feel, like a spoon of brown rice would feel.
Eating proteins felt like poison too, as though they took my energy away.
That is why we gotta tune in to our bodies, the exact moment we are, and then eat accordingly.
sometimes fasting is the only way out. Other times, possibly, people can only eat raw food.
No single fixed diet for me, that is my only truth. If I were not with ups and downs, I guess, it would be different...

Yes, each of us is unique and things do change with time. I use to eat large amounts of home-fermented vegetables to manage candida, and then I started having a histamine response so I had to stop.
The microbes certainly have an intelligence and way of fluctuating while fighting for dominance in the midst of our internal biology. Even the metals and toxins have an energy and a dynamic. I also believe that we are made to heal, and that life is stronger.
All the fresh produce has life giving energy. I understand that chlorophyl is molecularly very similar to our own blood, and old manuscripts talk about how the life of the body is in the blood.
I don't think we understand enough, but I am glad that more and more is becoming evident. We all are a part of the solution. Just as the body contains a relating balance of organisms, it is also true for us as people. We all have ways of holding our space, communicating intention, and sharing in community. I am very grateful for all the wonderful people that contribute to Lymenet.
Two lessons for me in my responsibility for my health is to continue to educate myself and also to listen to my own intuition and sense of what is happening in my body. If I had done that sooner, I would have caught and treated dysfunction much sooner.
I love the Carole King song Really Rosie with the refrain " Believe me". Strengthening myself at my core requires the respect and acceptance that comes first of all by my believing me.

Jubilee, nice you are on the same wavelength as myself.
I also believe all fluctuates, not only pathogens are intelligent, we too, nature too.
Pathogens possible help us cope with toxicity, as they eat some of these toxins, and store in their bodies, so that our cells do not have direct contact with them.
Of course, they may make us ill, but killing them make us even more ill (when they pour toxins around).
As I test myself energetically, I see that what my body needs changes in a daily speed.
I also think food is essential for healing, in ways we haven't totally understood yet.
Food has chemicals (physical matter) that help our biochemistry (physically), but that is just one part of how food helps and heals.
The other part (energetic) is also there, and possibly, is the most important part (or equally important) for sustaining life and helping us heal.
Just take celery: I never felt that celery was nice to eat, raw. Then after the book of William, I just cut some stalks and put them in my bag, and kept chewing them around (when I'm driving, specially).
Then I feel the juice going down my throat, the pleasure of chewing (like chewing gum), and then I feel that deep energy building inside me, slowly, but surely.
A certain feeling of peace, of completedness.
I know celery helps us with electrolytes, in an amazing way. BUt that is not why I enjoy celery now: it's just that it gives me nutrition in such a way... it's difficult to explain.
I just feel happy chewing it.
It has nothing really to do with taste (not particularly attractive, right?), it's just something else that feels 'complete', like a true 'help', something that sustains life deep in my body.
I just picture the gorilla eating his celery or carrots, or fruits, slowly, chewing them, with his eyes and body fully relaxed, as though in full harmony with the food he chews: that is me eating celery!!!
this kind of intuition, of connection to food, to environment, is blurred to us, humans.
We probably use too much brain, too many impulses, our eyes are too strongly excited (TV, computer, fast speed), while we loose contact with other senses.
When there is too much noise outside, people shouting this is good, that is bad, etc, and we listen to that, it brings confusion more than light.
Nice that you are in tune with your body and soul. These are the true guides, I also believe so!
Are you on raw foods also?
