A friend recommended this book to me. I've read most of the book and find two sections in particular very interesting.
One early section is about pain. The other about lights and lasers.
Lyme and Co's not mentioned. It's not about Lyme treatment but I think the exercises/treatments could be helpful and if IIRC has helped people with various illnesses/diseases and damaged brains.
I'm going to give it a try as best I can.

Is it similar to Gupta or Annie Hopper's work?

Too many symptoms to describe. I don't know anything about Gupta's or Hopper's work. I just read a bit about them - what others are saying/reviews. It sounds similar but I'm thinking different somehow from Dr Doidge's work. If someone is trying to sell something - like the DVD's - I become skeptical. Dr Doidge's book as mentioned above is very good.
