Have been treated by 2 llmds in Ca over the past year. Taking oral doxy, have insomnia wake up and can’t go back to sleep. Had orthostaic hypotension but cold weather has made it better. Had bradycardia now more tachycardia with just activity of daily living. Daily fatigue at regular times of day. Brain fog at times. Have been told by some people stem cell is the way to get better. Tired of living like this. Any advice is appreciated

I know a few people with lyme and that is about the extent of their treatment; it was a month of doxy. Some docs do not get it, that there is chronic lyme or in my case STARI. I found Omniceph more effective, and it did not turn my teeth grey like doxy will. At one point I also took Amox with Doxy. That worked too.
In the end, it took IV to get some relief.

Just change your treatment to a more holistic one. Add herbs, change diet, add frequency therapies, look for someone who understands the connection between teeth and health, etc.
Drugs alone will not help most chronic cases. That's my opinion.

- If the only treatement is doxycyline, sorry to say, that's not really treating lyme properly. Even two antibiotics is not proper treatment if that's all there is.
Unfortunately, for this very complex infection, treatment is also very complex. Antibiotics, alone, even if different kinds - are never enough without other kinds of action against the cystic form of lyme.
Antibiotics cannot address the cystic form.
And with other tick borne infections that often are along for the ride - some of those, such as babesia - are not at all affected by antibiotics but require an entire different classification of treatment.
Be sure your doctor is a real "LLMD" and one who is trained by ILADS and keep up on their recent conferences.
Important to read the basics to Rx treatment - and then if you are drawn to complementary approaches, you at least have the template / thought process for how to approach.
Whether you consider a Rx or a holistic approach keep mind that you need both:
