As the top essential oils referenced were oregano, clove bud, and cinnamon, anybody have updates on how they have used and any results. I know Dr. H. still recommends oregano albeit, not the easiest on the GI. Any thoughts would be welcome

Hi jcarlnew
I love EO's. I infuse oils everyday, change them up once a week. I have old fashioned radiator heat, very dry air. I haven't had a stuffy nose or cold all winter. I haven't ingested EO's.
I make my own skin balm with bees wax, almond oil as a carrier and 10 drops of EO lemon or lavender. It's natural, lasts longer, skin is so soft.
I also add drops in epsom salt baths. Through trial and error, I learned how to apply vitiamin E oil and 2 drops oregano oil to the bottom of my feet at bedtime. Oregnano oil is so strong, be careful.
EO's infused give me an overall calmness, wellness. This week's oil is Frankincense. My favorite is cinnamon.
I don't know how to explain it but I feel it helps me emotionally which in turn helps me physically.

I rub clove oil on my neck and back (diluted with olive oil). It seems to give me more energy on days I use it, it helps my skin look clearer, and it helps my neck not to hurt so much.
I have to wash it off after a while though, because it smells so strong. It also stains clothes. I hope it is killing some of the bugs.
I take oregano oil (not essential oil) every now and then. I'm allergic to cinnamon.

Hi Tincup
Of coarse my feet smell like spaghetti. And my breathe smells like garlic. I'm considered quite a catch in the dating circle,

I am using the Vitality line of Young Living herbs which are made to be ingested. I use only 1 or two drops each of Clove, Cinnamon, and Oregano. I use a pipette to put them into an empty capsule as they are very strong. No problems except for some herxing after about a week. I think they help quite a bit.
