Sent daughter to LLMD who said he uses igenex test but sending her to lab Corp? We are in San Diego. Does this sound right?

No, not really. Call Igenex and ask about it.

Is he sending her to a specific Labcorp? If the MD has an understanding with a specific Labcorp they will do the blood draw, spin the sample, hand it back to you to box and ship.

I hope that is the case. It's possible!

Yes, it does sound right. If the LLMD doesn't draw the blood there they must send you to have it drawn.

You will also know when the tests come back where they were sent.

And yes, Labcorp will send the samples to where the doctor orders them to be sent. They may argue to the death with Lyme patients over it (pushy pigs they can sometimes be), but they MUST follow the doctor's orders.
