Been trying to figure out why I don’t respond to antibiotics whether iv or oral, and went to immunologist and he tested my IGG gammaglobulins expecting them to be low. They were high! He said well I don’t know what to make of this . You don’t have the symptoms of this autoimmune disease associated with it , so I don’t know whats causing this. Anyone else had this? Thoughts ?

You may consider seeking a second opinion to assist in finding the accurate diagnosis. Maybe see a Hematologist/ Oncologist as they are used to investing all sorts of blood disorders.
They will probably start with your standard CBC w/Diff as it can give doc good clues as to if you have rampant parasitic, or bacteria, or viral infection. It will also show if infection is acute or chronic. It can also show autoimmune diseases when no major infection found.
Basic tests will give your doctors clues as to what’s truly going on & what they should further investigate.
