Hello All From time to time stomach acid comes up into my mouth while I sleep and wakes me up and man that is uncomfortable It has been happening more and more as I age I use a little vinegar and probiotic before bed but I need more If any of you have this problem do you use extra digestants or avoid certain foods at night or what do you do? Thanks

Fried or very oily foods did that to me for a while. You could try digestive enzymes with meals to see if it helps. -------------------- chronic Lyme/Bartonella Inside every sick person is a well person waiting to be freed

Sleep elevated at an angle for you upper body (not just head), best on left side. There is a ring at the top of your stomach that becomes less efficient at blocking acid as you age.
