It's going on my 3rd month of treatment and I've felt slightly nauseous for 3 days now. it also happens everytime I eat. Last month, toward the end of the month, I developed tingling in my legs that never went away. It seems like each month something happens to make me worse. I am taking azithromycin and atovaquone, prescribed by an llmd. Are they working at all? Is this a herx? Or is it my condition worsening? I'm so terrified! My body is going through changes and I have no idea what they mean, and no one can tell me! Can someone, anyone help me? I have never been so scared in my life!

If you are killing Lyme, the toxins may upset your stomach. You need some binders to help.
A simple binder such as apple pectin, taken 2 hours away from medicines or supplements can soak up toxins in the digestive tract. There are others, but I use this one.
Antibiotics may make your stomach upset.
Personally, too much green tea or turmeric makes me nauseous.
I use magnesium, zinc and calcium to help with tingling. (Take them apart as they are antagonists)
And, please get help for your anxiety. Anxiety can magnify physical symptoms or bring them on.

If you're taking meds prescribed by an LLMD, are you communicating with the office about the impacts of the meds?

Meds can cause stomach upset. It also sounds like you're dealing with anxiety.
You could have some infections that are getting worse because you're only treating babesia. Maybe there's another infection causing those other symptoms.
You could be having a die off, babesia treatment is tough.
It's hard to tell. I'd call your doctor and tell him what's going on.

Mike, are you coming back and reading responses? People are answering your posts, but I have only seen you come back and respond on one of them.
It makes me think you're not reading the responses.
I read on another post of yours that you are taking other things, but you're not eating much. Maybe you're not getting enough nutrition. Leg tingling can be from mineral deficiencies. It sounds like you're doing everything else right.
The tingling in your legs could be from the scoliosis you mention. It might be worth seeing a chiropractor for. Pilates is also good for scoliosis. I get tingling legs from restless leg syndrome that runs in my family. A bar of soap in my bed helps (seriously, Google it).

You didn't mention whether you are taking probiotics but you should be to avoid acquiring candida.
