the dermatologist said I may have lyme disease.
What is the appropriate amount of antibiotic, what kind and for how long?

200mg of doxycycline twice a day for 4-6 weeks is standard, but hard to get doctors to prescribe.

An LLMD would prescribe that amount.

P.S. You would need an LLMD to get this treatment protocol. Main-stream medicine simply is uneducated about this complex disease.
