I have been on Rifampin and Clarithromycin for the past few weeks. I have been getting these small black dots on my skin every once in a while that I can wipe off if I apply enough pressure, almost looks like soot. I also notice when I blow my nose, sometimes some blackness comes out as well. I have never had this before. Does anyone have any clue what this may be?
