Quick side notes on things that helped me see a lasting improvements and progression with minor setbacks along the way.
Very sick for many years, started mhbot approx 3 years ago and after over 1000 dives I am feeling much better physically.
A list of modalities below....
vitamins and minerals daily
veggie juicing 5 days per week
bone broth, small amounts 5 days per week....I add glutamine powder to heal my gut
probiotics added to a regular coconut milk (thickening agent to absorb in stomach)drink upon waking....before food.
DIET....mostly keto, however, fasting 12-16 hours per day....so an food intake window of around 7 hours per day only...so my energy can be used to heal the immune system.
workouts are lighter (at least I can even do this now) and more reasonable, light weights and fast walking for cardio....still not running (had cardiac events when I was very ill)maybe down the road?
mhbot seems to work better in sync while some of these other modalities are in play....80/85% better and less fear on a daily basis....the psychological toll has been devastating and working on that now.
low and slow is what I was told from the beginning and that is how this battle goes...you start to accept that after some time and TRYING everything else....mhbot is powerful.
Improvements?
joints.....much better
stomach....ditto
energy...good
herx type sensations are much lighter, now I can cope with them.
brain fog....clearing,still have sometimes
body sensations (pain)...much better
Now I know when it is time to meditate or lay down and relax for 30 minutes.....even during the day (type A personality) never could do that...now I can.
Living a slower pace and those days feeling "complete wellness" are amazing, almost a high, keeps you focused on knowing this could be everyday!
Wish everyone a Happy and Healthy New Year!
