Lyme disease advocates have filed an 'information quality request for correction' complaint againest the CDC.

Bruce Fries, President Centered Care Advocasy Group, Holly Ahern, Associate Professor of Microbiology at SUNY Adirondack and Lyme Action Network, and Chris Fisk, of the Lyme Action Network, are challenging the information posted on the CDC's website regarding the frequency on the bull's-eye rash in Lyme patients.

These advocates state that the CDC is providing unsubstantiated claims of the EM rash occurring in 70% to 80% of Lyme patients.

"We are asking all CDC publications, websites, and and presentation materials be corrected."

"We ask that the CDC replace their unsubstantiated, inaccurate information with the following;"

"The erythema migrans(EM) rash occurs in approximately 50% of the patients while the classic bull's-eye rash appears in only 9% of Lyme cases. Absence of a EM rash with or without central clearing (bull's-eye) should not be used to exclude Lyme disease from clinical diagnosis."

The Center for Dumb Cience is so stupid and incompetent it defies rationale explanation or justification.

I have lost all respect for the CDC, they have committed so much fraud it’s not funny.
