don't think what i'm feeling is due to them, because was having these pain symptoms before i started the course of 3 meds

what does one do re back of the neck pain? this is new and started a few months ago, along with left elbow pain, elbow not so bad today but neck pain is intense

i won't even go into the leg weakness and lower back and hip pain that i've had for years....i have been told i have arthritis in the lumbar spine, and that might account for the pain, but the more disturbing symptom is sometimes i'm not sure my muscles are going to work to help me get up and walk around...

i'm trying to make an appointment with a dr in CT that my sister in Maine has been seeing, but don't think i'm going to have much luck seeing him for a while....i live in NYC, but originally from ME

today the neck and lower back and upper leg pain is intense...

i'm sure i've had LYme + for years, as i and the older children in my family all have it, but we were only finally diagnosed when we started to reach 50....although symptoms started years before that...we're in our 60s now...

I would try acupuncture .. it has really helped me.

I also take curcumin three times a day for inflammation and pain.

DanP, you don’t say which meds you are on, but many people with parasitic issues have more than one parasite. If your antiparasiticals are hitting a variety of parasites, some of them may be deep in the muscle emerging from cyst form because of the meds. I am on antiparasiticals myself and I get deep pain for periods in specific muscle groups, usually in areas where I have had previous pain symptoms. At the moment this is in the buttocks and front thighs in particular, but earlier on I had bad neck and upper back pain. This may not be your problem, but thought I would mention it.
