Anyone had this? I don’t know if the lower back pain which has started moving into the legs are related to this not new but becoming more constant sensation
I wake up with pain and tightness but more disturbing is the electric buzzing across my entire lower back... it doesn’t end with stretching ...it feels like someone is applying electric current to a line bisecting my middle from my hips....
I had it occasionally over the years since I had my nightmare 50th year ...but lately getting close to 64 it’s been happening regularly, almost every night...
I’m at a loss ...can’t figure out the trigger or a remedy
My entire pelvic region is buzzing ...and walking or running is getting difficult or out of the question
I feel like ambulatory is going to be out of the question soon
Sounds like classic small fiber neuropathy to me. Please consider getting yourself to a neurologist who can perform a punch biopsy of your small nerve fibers to confirm. Also, have your IgG levels (subclasses 1-4) checked, too. Simple blood test for that. You’d want to rule out an acute neurological condition like Guillain-Barre, or its persistent form known as Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy. The sooner the better with all of this. You need to proverbially keep the horses from escaping the stable on this issue!
These additional diseases have become more prevalent with long-standing LD and friends. Please keep us posted on your progress.
Best to you,
Told you...
