Hi folks. Years ago I started out with low blood pressure and POTS. Had to lie down every few minutes and when I stood up heart rate went up to 140. Now after 20 or so years I have somewhat high blood pressure.

I read that bartonella can cause that so I am being treated for bart and lyme cause I have other bart symptoms and was bitten by a tick a month ago. Hawthorne berry is well known for lowering blood pressure so I am making infusions with hawthorne and a smaller amount of hibiscus.

It tastes kind of good iced and is pretty. Also making and taking capsules of hawthorne powder. It's only been a little over a week so hard to tell yet if it helps. Anyone else have successful experiences with high blood pressure?
