Has anyone had experiences with falls? I've had 3 major falls in the past 2 months and i'm a tripper-not a faller. I drag my left foot which apparently is a neurological sign for something. Anyone diagnosed with dementia as a result of Lyme?

as no one answered you, first I'm sorry you're falling like that.
It must be very annoying, not to be able to trust your reflexes anymore...
Most dementia / neuro degenerative diseases have been connected to lyme / Borrelia.
During lyme, my brain was a wreck: I remember reading a paragraph, on and on, trying to understand it.
I understood each word, but they made no sense together....
I forgot how to go to places and come back home.
If this was not dementia, I don't what it was, but my brain was severely affected.
It healed, so it was not definitive.
I could not control my bladder always.
Sometimes I looked at one direction, but saw nothing important - like a car coming, and I crashed on it....
It all healed, but yes, definitively, lyme affects the brain.
And also any chronic infection, I believe, that crosses the Blood Brain Barrier can do that.

Are you getting treatment?? If not, please do. If you need help figuring out who to see, there is "Seeking a doctor," of course.
I went through a few years of horrible falls, 7 bad ones in a couple of years, 3 of them catastrophic (totally rupturing all 3 hamstring tendons at the sitz bone & ending up in the hospital with a really bad surgery, rehab stay, and long period of PT, unable to walk, sit, etc. & turning into a horrific nerve pain condition, for instance).
What stopped it was going back on treatment. When I was off treatment to deal with breast cancer, it was so bad I couldn't walk more than a few steps without tripping, twisting my ankle, almost falling. Treatment stopped all that. Not that I'm done at all, but it was huge.
And I used to be a professional dancer, did competitive synchronized swimming, did every kind of exercise and taught much of it, traveled the world, etc. Sigh.
