I'm having bilateral pain in the hip creases and have just discovered this may be due to the Lyme settling in the inguinal lymph nodes. Does anyone else have the same thing happening? Pain and stiffness and the feeling like the elastic in the underwear in the hip crease is too tight. Is there imaging (ultrasound, MRI, etc) for this? Any hints about treatment? I'm going to try Phytolacca (Poke) oil to see if that will help.

Wow ..kinda sounds like me!!

I do have some arthritis in my hips, but what you said makes sense for other pain in that area.

I would think an MRI and/or an ultrasound could shed light on the issue.
