Could you tell me the basic methylation support and amounts? I can't afford genetic testing, but I have evidence and been told by doctors based on clinical picture to use certain supplements, including injected hydroxycobalamine.

I know I crave sulpher vegetables, and I do better on co-enzymated B complex, P5P, and perhaps taurine. HIgh dose SAMe (1200-1600 mg day--Yikes on price-- seems necessary). If I can do other methylation support better, can I reduce SAMe without losing brain and ability to detox?

I have not been able to afford no mold/low WiFi place which makes need for detox help increase. I was told to take 10,000 B12 iu per day, but I haven't been able to afford it. Symptoms of B12 deficiency have been so bad, I bought some, and I am hoping I catch up and then reduce. Would you please be so kind to give me feedback? [bow]

I did not get genetic testing.
I did monthly vitamin B injections, did not help.
I take Solgar sublingual vitamin B12 1000 mg daily.
