I have been having a tug of war with my primary care over her wanting to see the babs test result from a test ordered at Duke. While Igenex and symptoms still find me very ill with Babs, Duke’s test was negative because it was only IgM positive.
I don’t want any of that passed to other care providers. So I did not release the test result to my primary care. I’ve had 17 years of positive tests from different countries, states, and laboratories.
I did ask primary care for a,standing CMP blood work to keep track of organ function and just went to execute it. Little did I know that amoung the orders she ordered was a blood smear to detect anything in the blood, and cams back negateve on that little blood sample.
Primary care has now, for the first time, written in my records that there is nothing in my blood, including parasites, and underlined “no”
I’m sick, angry and want to throw myself over a large building. !,
Please help me locate any medical literature on failings of babs testing, that it frequently is no circulating in peripheral blood, and so forth.
After a seven year relationship with my primary care doc, I can’t stand to see her again. I need your assistance. I’m lying in bed with five broken vertebrae for months now, new diagnosis of osteoarthritis and degenerative disk disease, so I am not able to sit up and dig in cyberspace, nor do I have brain function ( prescribed pain killers) to sort what I’m reading. I’m too tired and so forth.
Please assist if possible. Thank you to everyone and stay safe.

When I tested positive with lyme 12 years ago, bart was a clinical diagnosis. You need a good LLMD.
I was looking around at stem cell therapy in the past year. Hard to find much that is reliable but Regenexx is supposed to have a good reputation. Some physicians are using stem cell for arthritis and osteo problems. If I find anything I'll post it.

First off the doc doesn't sound like she knows what she is doing because Babesia tests can be hit or miss. DO you have a positive Igenex test? If not run another and make sure it is the Igenex FSH.I have been suffering with Babs for over 20 years because docs didn't catch it. I even test IGM positive on a standard Quest or LabCorp test.
Also maybe search for other llmd's in your area. If you want to get well unfortuanately I don't think this is the doc to get your there..

If you are depending on a primary or infection disease doc to diagnosis and treat you properly, it will not happen.
Knowledge is power. You can argue your case with your primary but it doesn't sound like she/he has their listening ears on.
