Hello!

For those of you that either have gotten the vaccine or will be, are you taking any supplements to prepare and are you taking any supplements after for detox? My LLMD said some things during my meeting with him but I think I didn't write it down accurately.

I know a lot of people aren't getting it and I totally understand that but I am planning on it. So also interested in how my fellow Lymies have done with the vaccine.

Thank you! [Smile]

I understand that you can't successfully detox these "vaccines."

But, if you'd like to try .. take lots of Vitamin C.

Best of luck to you.

I've heard that Vit. D levels are one factor that can determine how sick a person gets with covid-19.

Levels of 30 in the blood (whatever the unit is) is the bare minimum, and the lower the levels under that, the higher the risk of really serious illness and death.

My levels came in at 25, and my doctor told me to take a minimum of 5,000 iu of D3 a day, and even more for a few weeks.

So if it's low, you will have trouble with the vaccine?

(not that I'm going to take it)

No, the trouble is with Covid-19 and low levels of Vit. D.
