Hey guys

I had an ER visit Sat night. I took the ambulance.

I had panic like symptoms around 930pm. Though it kind of like started b/c I felt like I was catching my breath, and was a bit dizzy. Not dizzy enough to fall over but like a "level" before that. I had it about 10 days ago when I went to do infrared sauna. I felt that way before the sauna, so I dont think the sauna made it worse. I also sweated much more than usual in it. I then had the dizzy/breath catching the next 2 days or so.

Then yesterday, after the dizzy/breath catching symptoms, It's like just like symptoms of when I used to get panic attacks as a teen and young adult. Dry mouth, shaky legs, legs felt like they were tensing and untensing, had to walk, a bit dizzy, faint, clammy hands, shakiness, racing heart,.. But I wasn't necessarily panicking. I dint think anyway. The more symptoms I felt, the more I started to get worried. I tried to drive to ER but I thought I might pass out, so I went home and called 911.

I had been drinking less water that day b/c I was preparing for an OAT test, but I decided, after I started feeling odd again, to stop that. I still had about 30 oz of water b4 I felt odd. So i doubt was dehydrated. I the tests they did, I noticed my glucose was a bit high and bun ratio low...but perhaps due to the high stress level. As I read panic an cause that to happen.

What do you guys think?

I recently read magnolia bark can take the place of benzos, which I'm on, for anxiety. I may look into that.
