I am wondering if anyone has pulsed a low dose of Tinidazole - 250mg x 2 daily instead of the usual 500mg x2 daily? Did it work for you?

I have a lot of neuropathy caused by Lyme but I need a cyst buster. Since I am small - 106lbs, I am thinking of asking my doctor to give me a smaller dose to reduce any potential neuropathy from the medicine. She wants me to do it 3 times a week.

If there are any herbal cyst busters as an alternative, please let me know too. Thanks so much!

Thank you Lymetoo!

I haven't been on a cyst buster for a while and when I came off my antibiotics 4 months ago, all my symptoms came back. I have to be on continuous treatment to get rid of Bartonella so I need something to knock back the Lyme cysts while I do it, but once my Bart is gone I plan to pulse for the remaining Lyme.

Yes, i take 2x250mg / day as well. Pulsed 4 days, repeat every 2 or 3 weeks.

Its my maintenance dose and keeps residual lyme in check. More is counterproductive in my case.

You dont need a lot of tinidazole to notice the benefits and for some less=more.
