Anyone been told their Lyme was very much possibly congenital? As in you got it while in utero?
How do you settle that anger?

I have not experienced it, but I am not sure how you would know for sure.
Eventually you have to reach the point of forgiveness, I suppose.
I don't know how old you are, but so little was known about Lyme it is quite possible the mother didn't know it could be transmitted that way or that she even had Lyme.
I have celiac disease which is inherited and although it does not affect me like Lyme has, I certainly don't blame my parents. My mom didn't get diagnosed until after I was born.

I said something really cruel to her, she chose life and look what it did to me. Now I'm afraid having kids my future daughter could very well say that to me.

My primary doc always writes congenital Lyme on my patient summary. I think doctors write that to get insurance companies off their backs. The WHO recognized congenital Lyme in 2018 with its own insurance billing code. My next visit, I will tell him to update with the NEW code for Neuroborrelious.
I have CVID, an immune disorder acquired congenitally or acquired. Life sentence of IVIG treatments monthly. My. Mother’s side is riddled with cancer to the female offspring.
I would never hold it against my parents as their generation didn’t know what we know now. Genetic testing is offered to us routinely, advancing at rapid pace for all types of disorders. We are.so FORTUNATE!
You are FORTUNATE too as there is a good chance you will NOT pass on Lyme disease to your future children because YOU know ahead of time. LLMD’s now know how to prescribe antibiotics for pregnant women so that they deliever healthy babies.
Now go apologize to your mother and tell her you made a mistake ❤️

Unfortunately Bonnie I will not apologize to her or anyone else. I've had alot more cruler things said to me from others with no an apology so. I'm a burden to her and disappointed her too much and I can't change anything or make it right. Rather her hate me.
