I decided to go back into treatment with much encouragement.

I ask that my boundaries and choices be respected and honored. I still will not be sharing my treatment protocol publicly. I do NOT want my LLMDs treatment protocol questioned, I do not want ppl questioning her approach and philosophy.

If anything, I will PM a select few what is going on when I'm ready, and our plan. I have a followup with her on June 1st.

Until then, what happens is between my new LLMD and myself. If I want advice I will ask. As well I will utilize the "search" button.

Thank you for your understanding guys 💚

I so agree!

There are so many choices in treatment, and the plans usually are subject to ongoing changes. It's too tedious to write down.

A competent LLMD encourages an easing of stress by not having to remember every detail, after first understanding it.

This site has a wealth of information that is accessed by the search button.

You're being protective of your health, and I wish you success and much progress.

Good to hear you have changed your mind and are pursuing treatment.Don't focus on "what ifs" and instead focus on taking care of YOU and surround yourself with positive people and things.

Don't let people's opinions keep pulling at you from all directions. Make yourself your #1 PRIORITY!

God bless you and prayers to/for you on your healing journey!!! [group hug]
