Saw some posts about this and thought it ight help. Im a biologist, and can read the medical literature.

Before I begin I want to emphasize that just because something is natural, does not mean it isnt toxic. You should really be seen by a LL practitioner, even a few time, to make sure you are dosing properly.

Also, these herbs can really pack a punch and skyrocket inflammation, and that could be damaging too.

Having said that, the herbs themselves will not get rid of all the lyme, you still need abx for that. Finally, these were tested in test tubes, but still...
Published in the journal Frontiers in Medicine, 21 February 2020

Cryptolepis sanguinolenta
Juglans nigra (Black walnut)
Polygonum cuspidatum (Japanese knotweed)
Artemisia annua (Sweet wormwood)
Uncaria tomentosa (Cat’s claw)
Cistus incanus
Scutellaria baicalensis (Chinese skullcap)

Cryptolepis and Japanese knotweed) showed strong activity against both growing B. burgdorferi and non-growing stationary phase B. burgdorferi. CYRPTOLEPSIS CAN BE TOXIC WHEN TAKEN AT THE HIGHER DOSING RATE FOR MORE THAN 3 DAYS.

Some of these herbs also show some effectiveness agasint Babesea

An earlier study found that samento/bandero breaks down biofilm, so you can actually get to the spiros and round body forms.

What I have found personally is that these herbs will flare up my arthritis painfully, but I dont seem to experience any iprovements afterwards. It may be the doc and I are not going up high enough in dosing, but I dont see how I can, the pain is excruciating (lyme is in the joints of my spine)
