Hey guys I want to apologize about yesterday. My anxiety, exhaustion, ST memory loss, confusion, speech is getting even more worse now with horrible social anxiety/phobia. It's too much to handle and I'm getting really worried. The "what ifs" don't stop.
My body, dignity and life is falling apart. I have alot of unresolved anger and fear and when this is out of my control I'm in a heavily induced panic. As noted above just too many what ifs.
I have a followup appt with my new LLMD in early June. Till then not gonna post as much because it's surely not helping me and I'm only looking more like an idoit.
Again my apologies.
💚

No need to apologize. We all have rough times and sometimes they last a long time and sometimes not.
We are here for you. PM me if you ever want to vent.
Blessings. <><

I just want my life back. I've been sick for well over 20 yrs now (probably 23 or 24 by now) but these last 3 years have been HELL. I'm not the same person anymore that I was in 2018/19.
Everything is so different. The world's different now.

Thank you Bonnie but that does nothing for me (being a warrior) it's the same saying what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. It can be the opposite for some of us. It only breaks us more in time, doesn't in the least make us stronger.
