I recently did my bloodwork after having a crazy incident a couple weeks ago after months of decline.
My homocysteine levels came back high at 12.8 umol/L along with my HS-CRP at >10 mg/L. This is a first for me and I was diagnosed with Lyme in 2016.
SED Rate is high at 33 mm/h. B12 is normal at 374 pg/mL. Lyme is active, EBV and Myco are high per usual.
A couple weeks ago, I experienced excruciating pain along my upper abdomen. Blood pressure was high at 160/96 with my heart rate in the 120-130s range while sitting and laying down. I had extreme nausea and lightheadedness. After vomiting at night, I had the worst body aches and chills. I went to the gastro and he said it could be my liver, pancreas, or gallbladder.
After looking at this bloodwork, I'm almost worried it could be a cardio issue. Has any one experienced any similar issue before?
Not sure if any of this is related or not. My LLMD appointment is in 2 weeks so just kind of worried!

Many years ago I had extreme pain in the upper abdomen. I was told it was either my liver or pancreas.
My heart was not involved. I've never had that pain again.
It was complicated, and I'm sure that what triggered our acute issues are not the same--except for lyme disease being involved.
Since then, I've been trying to keep my liver and pancreas healthy in whatever way possible.
I've been taking milk thistle extract for liver health for many years. I believe this has been very helpful for me. LLMDs I have gone to have encouraged me to keep taking it.
A healthy pancreas needs nutritious food. It was a challenge for me to find my own best way of eating, but worth the effort.
There's many issues that need to be looked into, different for each individual. This forum is very helpful.
One thing I know for sure is that treating LD is a must. There's so many infections involved that need to be kept under control.
I hope your crisis resolves and you can find what's best for your journey to better health.
