My Lyme Doctor recommended the brand BpH Methylene Blue 1%. I got it on Amazon. Her instructions were to start with 2-3 drops in 1/2 cup water. Every 2-3 days add a drop until to reach 22 drops a day. Also only take it 6 days a week and take the seventh day off from taking it for the body to reset.
