I'm taking chlorella and will be adding charcoal. I dont think there's any time when I can take the charcoal.
B/T breakfast and lunch I already take a supp on empty stomach.
Bt lunch and dinner I also do. And about 2 hrs after bed I take more empty stomach stuff.

And charcoal needs about 4 hours between its dose and supplements or meds.

Have you thought about apple pectin? It only needs 2 hours between its doses and a supplement or med.

Not heard of that as a binder. Does it bind mycotoxins?
