Does anyone know if Dr. Burrascano ever updated his "gold standard" guidelines or is he planning on doing so?

I have wondered that too. And if any doctors treat by his method. When I came to this board years ago TC (I think) was a big proponent of his protocol.
Around 2012 I started treatment with Dr. J in DC. There was also a nurse practitioner in DC, Dr S, who I think treated with Burrascano protocol. She was much cheaper than him. I often wonder how far I would have gotten with Burrascano treatment instead of his.

Dr Joesph Burrascano is retired from his medical practice but is still very active in the Lyme Community.

As far as I know, Dr. Burrascano hasn't dropped any updates on his guidelines lately. Not sure if he's planning to, but keeping an eye out could be a good idea.
