I ordered hemp gummy bears which arrived today.
I have been getting around 8 hours sleep, but usually wake up with an adrenaline rush at some point,
and it takes about an hour to get back to sleep.
I ate one gummy bear before bed, and for hours now have been wide-eyed awake, after one hour's sleep.
It's well known that LD can cause unexpected results from various meds and supplements, but is this common?
Needless to say, I won't be taking anymore for a while. Later, if the situation seems appropriate,
I may try it one more time to see if tonight's insomnia is from the hemp product.

Hemp doesn't relax me but I believe it's how my genes handle it not the lyme. It makes me very paranoid.
Try it in the daytime and see how you feel.

Yes, good idea. I have been thinking that if I try it again, it will be on a day that I'm especially sleepy.

I have been looking to find something to help my son whose sleep schedule has been off for years. He has tried many things, including CBD oil specially compounded for him which didn't do anything.
I looked into possibly having him try Hyland's Calms Forte as it got many good reviews. Fyi - he hasn't tried it yet.
Disclaimer: I am in no way affiliated with this product, just trying to get help for my son.
