Just had to post on my miraculous recovery of my many many debilitating symptoms since my annual relapse I experience every Fall.
I went from swimming everyday in pool to be bedridden 20 hours a day in late September. Seasonal allergies, brain fog, dizziness and tinnitus, extreme exhaustion, wide-spread unbearable pain in joints and muscles and ice pick pain in upper right quadrant.
After 4 different GERD meds, I insisted they order me NyStatin, thinking I had systematic yeast. I had been on NyStatin while in Lyme treatment but they were always in pill form.
The doc ordered LIQUID NyStatin. One tablespoon 3x daily. Swish in mouth and then hold in mouth as long as you can hold it (for me it was about 5 minutes).
After 4 days I was a new person. I was out of bed. I had my energy back. I could breathe. I could multitask. I could socialize.
It was a game-changer.
Unfortunately it did not reduce brain fog or neck and back pain but hey, it ended lots of my suffering. Never stop searching for answers to reduce symptom overload.

Bonnie, maybe a round of pill form nystatin for your gut would help the brain since they now call the gut our 2nd brain.
What's in the mouth is coming from the gut. My naturopath says fall & winter kicks up the fungal bad guys.

Yup map1131 I’m going to order some NyStatin. Don’t know what form they have. I was only on the liquid for 4 days, maybe I needed a longer dose?
