I suppose they could put you on a holter monitor if you think your heart flutters or misses beats but the monitor often doesn’t catch anything.
Could the discomfort be heartburn?

they found it on ekg in 2020-is there a way that you can you tell if it is from lyme?. I had lyme in 1996 w/ positive test & bulls-eye rash. treated w/ 3 weeks doxy. still had symptoms-neurological-no positive late stage test-no treatment except abx short term when out of work sick. symptoms went away about 13 years ago but after a dental filling in 2019-I am sick again w/ nerve pain all over, scratch marks etc. Feeling really sick constantly and widespread nerve pain-burning itching, numbness, prickling.. No positive regular test.

there is no way to tell if certain things that show up on tests, symptoms or conditions are from lyme or not which is why you need an LLMD to take many different things into account along with history and test results to make a clinical diagnosis of whether lyme is causing your issues or not. I recommending seeing an LLMD if you are not already if you are able too
also consider heavy metal toxicity if you got sick after a filling but the metals could have weakened the immune system and caused a flare up of infections. a good practitioner should be able to help you if you are able to do that
