I am sorry you are not getting many responses to your question. Both my son and I had a SIBO breath test done, years ago. I don't remember what the name was. My LLNP ordered it.
We were both negative. But she treated us anyway. Frankly, it did not make a difference. For all of the $$ we spent, I was not happy.
Now, they still (I think) use, CDSA (Comprehensive Digestive Stool Analysis). The one we used was from Doctor's Data. I find those very helpful. They analyze the good and bad bacteria in your stool. They also look for an over growth of yeast. After treating the bad bacteria and yeast, I would feel better.
It is a test put out by Genova. Great Plains has one as well. As do many other companies. I believe you can order one without a physician requesting it. I saw one company offered a consult on the results afterwards. That's if you don't have a doc to work with.

I have a GREAT YouTube website for all your SIBO questions!
It was created by a tireless Bartonella/SIBO warrior who recently passed away named Jake Picker 💚♥️
I guarantee you will LOVE her as much as the rest of the world did and always will. Thank You Jake 💚

My doctor said we could test for it-- I think he will send me whatever test he uses-- not sure if it will be breath test or CDSA. We'll see. But I'm glad I will be tested.
And thank you, Bartenderbonnie!
I appreciate the links and will finally take a look at them. I'm sorry that Jake Picker has passed away but appreciate that she was a real warrior who obviously shared a lot.
Thank you so much.

I just watched one of Bartonella Babe's videos on SIBO-- it was great. She was amazing. I'm so sorry that she has passed-- what a tragedy. But thank you so much for sharing her youtube channel with me. Very very helpful!
