Thanks kgg. I don't know how to provide a link. They want those who are diagnosed chronic-can you tell if they need a blood test? or other criteria. I do not have a regular lab positive test. Haven't been able to get another lab test. Would they accept another lab-Igenex?

I looked on a couple of pages. It really doesn't say. They do not qualify how you are diagnosed with chronic Lyme.
There is one in Boston. If I was closer perhaps I would do this. But the cost of traveling 6 hours to Boston and then the hotel costs. That makes it more than I want to spend. Even if they are giving you "up to $550". That would not cover expenses. And they want to you to donate twice.
I would say if you are interested, fill out the form and submit it. It looks like the next step is you speak to someone on the phone. That may answer your question then.
