Please look at cyanidin-rhodopsin. Cyanidin is a coloring in a lot of fruits. It has many properties including anti-inflammatory. This is important to persons who need IL17/IL17AR inhibited due to an auto immune genetic response to a disease/s. It is available as a supplement on Amazon. Not cheap. I’m crossing my fingers as now I have a torn rotator cuff due to autoimmune RA triggering AS. I tested positive for HLA-B27. My Lyme “autoimmune” sister also has RA and we both have to fight IBD. Sis has had all of her major joints replaced and now I am facing my first due to a completely torn ligament. C3G looking like a beneficial nutrient!

Ouch on the rotator cuff tear. I have had that and been through the surgery and rehab. Not fun.

Marnie, have you had the surgery yet?
Look into a PEMF machine, pulsed electromagnetic field therapy. It works by adjusting the electrical charges on the cell walls, so that the cells work better. Nutrients can get in and waste products can leave faster.
This will reduce inflammation and speed healing tremendously. Good for "what ails you."
