Supposedly very effective w/o doing harm to normal flora. Has been used by vets for years. In human trials for Lyme it appears.

This would be wonderful if they find it effective.
But the Lyme bacteria live within the body's cells. Oral and intravenous antibiotics aren't going to reach the interior of the cells.
