Felt very weak and within a minute or two. The above symptoms happened. Anybody ever get this. Awaiting blood tests

Sounds scary when symptoms pop up out of the blue, I’m sorry.

This happened to me once.
Laying in bed, out of nowhere, felt like someone had threw a match on me and had lit me on fire, started scratching around my neck, face and head. Scary beet-red face and all the energy drained out of my body.

I FORCED myself into the shower to lower my internal body heat and relieve the intense itchiness, not smart as I could have fallen or passed out.
Then I took a Benadryl and within 10 minutes I was fine.

I was able to figure out the cause which usually never happens.

I had taken a new supplement, Vit D / Vit K about 30 minutes prior.
I haven’t taken them since and it hasn’t happened to me since.

Your symptoms sound like a histamine reaction/intolerance.
