On Amazon find the Berberine supplement that includes berbevin - the metabolite is far more effective. It comes from Berberis aristata. In a better world oxyberberine would be available.

BTW Cpn latent form = PCR neg although Hsp 60 still released and causing immune reaction. Cpn can infect astrocytes ->AD, infect mast cells, M2 macrophages, osteoBLASTS, etc.

I wish my GP and RA docs, Gastroenterologist , and pulmonologist would acknowledge the systemic nature of this and be more familiar with resistant pathogen - esp. when given the wrong ab. Initially (amoxicillin) and worse -steroids.

Marnie, I'm seeing on Amazon NusaPure brand has the Berberis aristata. 1 capsule 4500mg? Goodness I've been taking 3-4 Berberine HCI that's quit working for me at lowering blood glucose.

I actually I prefer the form of Berberine that is metabolized better. It is easier on the stomach. And you only take it once or twice a day. Dihydroberberine.
