I was doing pretty good the last 8 months, but got reinfected-infected with long COVID about 1.5 months ago. I have really bad chronic fatigue, PEM, and exhaustion. A few people told me to do the nicotine patch. I started about 5 days ago did 3 days of 1.75, then yesterday and today did 3.5 mg. Today I feel anxious, with a lot of energy, some tachycardia. Should I take the patch off and retry at another time?

Personally I wouldn’t stay on the nicotine patch if you have tachycardia.

Please take the patch off.
Having Covid causes Lyme to resurface. You probably need to treat the Lyme. I have done that with Doxycycline. I have also used Ivermectin. That is used not only with Covid but Lyme.
Please check out FLCCC.net and look at the long Covid protocols.
Yes, they are finding nicotine is helpful. But in small doses. And it is not a first line treatment. You are experiencing signs of too high of a dose. If this was me, I would take the patch off.

Yeah, covid is an issue for many. It can cause a lot of havoc in the body, and other pathogens can join in where it created tissue damage (internal).
I use EM for long covid, as people are constantly exposed and don't even know it. I also use EM for lyme and co infections, and more (completely got rid of lyme in me and others too). Also for all kinds of viruses.
I have a friend who uses nicotine patches and loves them, but he still does get covid from time to time, and other pathogens that pop up, so he asks me for EM for whatever is ailing him. I was just telling him yesterday, I wish I knew about the energy world when I was a kid, I wish that it was taught to everyone growing up, then people wouldn't fear it.
I haven't tried the nicotine patches for energy, but I did beat down parasites, which gave me more energy.
