Brainstorming with other researchers…

HBOT and myricetin both upregulate Nrf2.

This is odd because in the tick, when OspA is upregulated,Nrf2 goes up which permits Bb survival. It is only when the tick consumes blood does Bb’s Osp change to OspC. NRf2 up = OspA up?

What does HBOT do to iron? Bb’ Lux enzyme - biofilm implication-needs iron even if Bb doesn’t use it to replicate.

Took a few minutes and discovered OspA is the protein in the dormant form of Bb in…get this…biofilm. The cystic form of Bb in biofilm is hard to eradicate.

HBOT and myricetin both negatively impact biofilm.

Dissolve/disrupt biofilm and hit Bb with O2. It can’t take a lot, but some as it is not a strict anaerobe.

Wildcondor…didn’t you get sepsis (too much die off too fast) when you combined Regular HBOT with antibiotics if my memory is still intact?!
