I find manual lymphatic drainage massage incredibly helpful, but unfortunately I can’t afford to have it done very often.

I’m looking for at home alternatives so any recommendations, suggestions or ideas would be very much appreciated. Thank you

My go-to method for lymphatic drainage is a mini trampoline I bought at a yard sale for 10.00. Unfortunately it does not have a grab bar but I am still able to utilize it on my non-dizzy days. On my dizzy days, I just sit on it and bounce gently for 5- 10 minutes.

I have it set up in my living room so it is available whenever I walk by it. Here are a few examples (I am not affiliated with any companies)

1. Get Moving
2. Stay Dehydrated
3. Take Supportive Enzymes and Herbs
4. Dry Brush Your Skin
5. Explore Manual Lymph Drainage.

Avoid Massages If:
• The patient has an active fever or systemic infection
• Symptoms include acute inflammation or sudden neurological changes
• The client is in early-stage antibiotic treatment and experiencing a Herxheimer reaction

Agree with the rebounder. I have one. It too does not have a grab bar. But I hope to find one on Amazon that will fit it. I follow Earth & Owl rebounding on youtube. She does workouts for the elderly. Since I am one and have been for decades from Lyme, I figured it would be a safe place to start. It is suggested to first just start with a health bounce. Believe it or not, it does move lymph fluid!

I also bought a Vibration plate. Lifepro is the brand I purchased on FB market place. I am still not using it daily. It is something you want to start with just a couple of minutes and titrate your time up from there.

I used to get lymph massages when I lived in Arizona. She went to $85 and it took it out of my price range. Can't imagine what the cost is now. Sad, because it did help.

I hope you find an alternative that is helpful!
